Cons:

They withdrew almost $5,000.00 out of our account without permission. And I got the run around for a week with supervisors . Was told 4 different times I would be called back. And never received one call. Just to be told I have to handle it with local office. And he is never in the office. It's been 3 weeks it's still not resolved. And our bills are pst due . Our insurance has been cancelled. Our phones shut off. Because someone screwed up somewhere and they won't refund us our money. I'm seriously thinking about consulting an attorney and suing them.
