It was a great place to stay. The staff was very accomidating and pleasant to work with. I would stay here again if in this area.

The location was good. Close to highway and shopping center. Very run down. Stairs were not well maintained and held puddles of water in rain. I ended up slipping on stairs due to the standing water. Beds were hard and blankets old and rough. Tv only got cable not any local channels. Air conditioning was weak, never felt cold. Fridge never got cold. Never again.

6.2+I liked the price I was able to book it at through kayak.-I didn't like all of the unexpected fees upon arrival. I had to pay for wifi, had to pay extra for my husband because he was going to be there after 10pm until he left for work at midnight. Instead of paying the 56 bucks like I thought, I ended up paying around 70 bucks a night! Stayed two nights. The pool was FILTHY, slimy and the bleach smell was so strong it burnt our eyes walking into the area. Upon arrival there was a couple messed up on drugs in their car. The female behind the wheel was passed out on the steering wheel while the car was rolling. Her companion had to reverse the car from his passenger seat and then he got out, put her in the backseat and then passed out. This was right in front of my 9 year old daughter. I wasn't happy about this. There was dissociation activity in the parking lot throughout the whole night, both nights. Wasn't happy at all. Waste of $150! :(

5.4+Price - room itself was adequate for a night's stay-Very basic - no clock, no coffee, limited t.v. stations, no wifi (required extra payment), location on I-465, had the appearance of not being fully cleaned (found money on the floor between the beds)

6.0+The clerk was friendly and helpful and greeted me right away. The refrigerator and microwave units worked well in the room.-The tv was seriously outdated. The bathroom had considerable water damage in it, including the ceiling. The toilet seat was filthy, chunk missing from it. The bed felt like concrete in some spots and a deep cavern in others. The bedding had cigarette holes in it, and the blanket had blood stains, and after dealing with the pay for your own wifi fiasco I was out through, I didn't even mess with swapping the bedding, I just slept with out the blankets. Also, the ice bucket had a decent amount of hair left behind in it from the wonderful cleaning ladies. I guess you get what you pay for with a last minute decision to go somewhere on the cheap.

The place was easy to find and the staff was wonderful. The bed was great and the room was very clean. Well worth the price. It is still under renovation but from what we saw it will only get better.

The hotel was relatively cheap and within 15 minutes of downtown Indy. Cleaning was satisfactory. The hotel is severely understaffed, and some of the staff must have been clueless, since guests were checked out while they were still staying, and others with reservations arrived and found that no rooms were available. Both sides of the parking lot had random drunk weirdos partying into the wee hours of the morning. And we saw all this over the course of just 2 days! I don't scare easily, but this is simply not a safe location.

This is a sharp motel. Recent updates. We generally stay at budget hotels and this place was among the best we've seen. Also, wide variety of restaurants are within a few blocks. The only criticisms I had (granted, they are nit-picky): 1) the tv is a modern flat screen but mediocre quality 2) very small breakfast area

The bedding and carpeting looked like it had been updated recently. However, the updates were poorly executed. The room was sloppily painted with lots of visible patch holes, the tile was poorly installed in the bathroom, and there were holes in the ceiling around the vent. The bed mattress was too soft and the bed frame was loose making it difficult for two people to sleep together. For breakfast, they would only put out a few items at a time so you had to constantly try to find someone to ask for more of this or that. I also did not feel safe and would not stay there by myself or with children.

9.3+Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Overall hotel was clean. Staff was amazing....very helpful. Some negative comments have been made about the exterior of the building. It is still being repaired due to winter ice storms. Don't let that deter you from staying here....it is being fixed. And besides, you don't stay outside the building...it's what's on the inside that counts!-Microwave and fridge would be nice but was definitely not a deal-breaker.

3.4+Soft pillows, comfortable beds, great location-I paid in full on here, and they went and charged me 78 bucks and didn't even tell me! I've been trying to call all day and the phones go to a voicemail that is full so you can't even leave a message! When we left, we didn't have anything to drink so we were going to get some water out of th sink, the water was ORANGE!! We have no idea why but that is just nasty. We went downstairs to get our "free" breakfast and there wasn't anything there! So I got charged 78 dollars including what i paid for the hotel and received, orange water, no breakfast, and terrible service. I will not be staying here again

Hard to climb and slipper The room wasn't stocked very well with toleties and soaps, at least not for three people. And breakfast need improvement big time. Both food variety and area cleanliness

7.1+The room was beautiful. Flat screen TV, 2 Queen and very comfy beds. The style was new and crisp...loved the microwave and fridge. Pool was nice. Staff was very friendly.-No coffee pot in rooms, no shampoo, no hair dryer in the room. There was tons of little bugs..looked like termites in the guest laundry room...that was the only place we seen them. 2nd day no towles in the pool area.

The customer service was great, and was very helpful. It felt like I was at home, and was very comfortable. No it was 10 out of 10.

Absolutely nothing. I would give minus numbers if possible. My bed was filthy & appeared to have bugs in the droppings. The location is hard to see from interstate, & a you have to watch to find the drive. It is in a dark area that is not good. A HORRIBLE experience for me. I am a woman who travels alone.

5.0+the front desk had excellent customer service skills. She was very pleasant in helping me.-The smell of mildew was almost suffocation when I turned on the AC. I would've went without it, except I stayed in July. The bottoms of the curtain liners that hung just above the AC were lined in mold.

2.0+The proximity to the highway was convenient and it's only a short 10 minute drive to downtown.-When I arrived, the door to my room was left wide open, so there were several flies and mosquitos in the room. The entire room smelled like an ashtray, especially the mattress and blanket. There were even cigarette ashes left on the bathroom counter. The sink drain leaked onto the floor and the toilet ran nonstop. There were holes in the wall throughout the entire room. The only reason I stayed is that everywhere else was booked or going for over $400 a night. I do not recommend.
