Location was great and central to everything.
Customer service basically did not exist: did not feel welcomed.
Beeston kept secret in Jackson. Only place I'll stay in town.
The woman who was taking care of the breakfast area on Sunday, January 12th provided excellent customer service!
I found a weekday room on sale on the internet while travelling to Austin to visit old friends. My friend Nigel and I had a fabulous time, and the view and service are absolutley ONE THOUSAND GOLDEN STARS. Thank you for offering Austin such a fabulous hotel (:})
NOTHING. Well, my cheap weekday room didn't have a bathtub, but I still enjoyed y'all's amenities immensely.
Great modern hotel in a historic building
This is a great historic hotel that has been fully renovated to modern conveniences. The rooms a very spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful when needed.
The handicap room we stayed in (we are not handicapped) had a small bathroom countertop. Our friends staying in a standard room had a much larger countertop.
The Edwards is Back and it's all great
The staff and management are well trained, courteous and helpful. The building in which my grandfather stayed in the 20s, and 30s has been beautifully restored. From the hotel, one can walk to a number of restaurants (Mayflower, Elite, etc.) as wells as to St. Andrew's Cathedral, the Old Capital Museum and other historical sites.
I liked it all. Will definitely returnI
Fantastic lobby restoration
Key cards worked poorly. Had to reset twice.
