Pros. Bed was good. Location was pretty good too.
Cons. First room AC leaked all over floor and I tried to call front desk but phone didn’t work. Went downstairs and front desk gave a barely discernible apology and is another room. Second room smelled horrible. Opened refrigerator to find old food someone had left and open bottle of wine. This room had a seal on it supposedly having been “sanitized” due to COVID-19. Only other issue is AC in second room didn’t do very well at bringing temperature down in room. Poor customer service is biggest gripe here. I cancelled my return trip room and reserved room at DIFFERENT chain in Pearl, MS. Really gave me a bad taste for Hilton properties.
