It was so dirty that we didn't stay. Carpet dirty. Stained sheets (I don't think they were washed) Dirt and bugs in the shower. When we left they were remaking the bed with the same sheets. We even tried a second room. It was better but not acceptable. No refund at all! The manager told us call who we booked through. When we reached getaroom.com they called the hotel and the refused to allow a refund.
