Bed was uncomfortable
Over priced! No refrigerator in the room, or ice maker on the second floor. Spartan but clean
Close to airport and I-95
Breakfast was a disaster, little food like cereal, milk, and juice put out, people grabbing and cutting in line, only a couple of tables to sit at, and about 25 people trying to eat standing up and juggling cereal bowls back to their rooms in the elevator since there were not enough tables. No employees around to help monitor the chaos. Room was very noisy. I woke up several times to ask people in the hall to please be quiet. Upon arrival, I signed a promise not to smoke or bring a pet, but there was a dog barking all night in the room across the hall, and the family next door had their TV blasting all night, followed by slamming doors. Our bathroom had a smoke odor coming in the bathroom vent, so I think there were smokers in the other side of our room. Seemed more like a temporary residence, with no enforcement of rules.
Location was great, a mile from the airport. The room was clean. Overall very impressed and wish we had our room for more than just one night. The room is small but we are used to that because we live in New York! Pretty sure that is to be expected though. Loved our stay
The next morning after check out the three of us had a rash on our face. It could've been the detergent they used to wash sheets but other than that the stay was okay. Sink was clogged but staff quickly came to resolve problem.
It was very clean. The coffee and breakfast area was nice and close to our room. We didn't stay in the room long as we went to the game earlier to be assured of arriving with the heavy traffic expected. We basically enjoyed our stay, just wish it had been a little easier to find upon arrival.
It was hard to locate even using a GPs. The entrance was bad for people who didn't know the area. We were told there was a shuttle to the FL/GA game but not that we would have to book our own. We expected a fee but not the confusion we encountered whne we were just handed some flyers. It would have been nice to at least have been given some insight on a good transicit. Luckily we called Greg and Eve with City Transportation and they were very nice and efficient. The cost was a little higher than planned because your desk person upon reserving the room had said we would have a shuttle. Also, we were told we whold have a suite but got a single. That turned out o.k. but wasn't what we were told upon reserving the room.
The room was nice but small. The staff was pretty nice.
Yeah, they don't include soap in their rooms. There's a sign in the bathroom that says you have to call down for it. That is kind of disgusting.
