Pros: Oatmeal was awesome! Bed was so comfortable, we slept like logs.

Pros: The size of our room was great but my son was not given the room we ask and it was smaller.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The best part of the hotel is definately the bed. My wife and I have stayed in cheaper brand hotels, and more expensive brand hotels in several different states, and this hotel had the most comfortable bed that we've ever slept in.
Cons: The only 2 things that I didn't like about this hotel. One was that there were no vending machines on any floor. The other thing was that the toilet paper was mounted kind of behind you, so you had to twist, and I'd just had back surgery.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful suite with fridge/freezer, microwave and even a toaster in room. Nice exercise room and good breakfast selections. Coffee available around the clock as well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Brand new, very nice! Good location and friendly staff.

Pros: Location and staff were really nice! Even the housekeeper spoke and asked how we were doing one morning! Breakfast was superb both mornings we ate!
Cons: I like that there is parking at the location but I think $10 is a little high considering anyone can just walk in the parking area. Pros: Check in was easy. The front desk had my key and room ready before I arrived. Checking was effortless. The room was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The bed and duvet made me want to curl up and stay a while. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Something for everyone, starting with the smoothies. These were not expected. The omelette was good, as we're the mini waffles. My favorite, though, was the delicious oatmeal with fixings. Not instant from a packet!! I left the breakfast area (which was pleasing) well sated and prepared to face another day on the road. Thank you Hampton Inn.

6.7 Good
Pros: Location was ok, close to restaurants and shopping.
Cons: Athena was a little short when checking in. Not very friendly or didn’t have that vibe.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I loved how good the lobby smelled upon entering. Staff was very polite and I was able to check in early. And was even accommodating with me running a little behind for check out time.
Cons: My fiancée unfortunately woke up Sunday morning with rashes all over her ankles and they are still spreading up her legs. We spoke to the woman at the front desk and even showed her the rashes and she informed me management would reach out to me later in the day and have yet to receive a call.

Cons: Hard to find off the interstate

Cons: The hotel was great, clean and fresh. The bathroom had a few issues. The sink nor bathtub drained properly. Water was standing in both for about 20-30 minutes after using them. Otherwise we had no issue.

Pros: Seemed very crisp & clean. Comfortable beds w choice of pillows. Quiet. Never heard any other guests. Very friendly & helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Several nice restaurants close by within walking distance.
Cons: Hard to figure out how to get there coming from I-40 as you have to take a service road off of 167 go past the hotel, then circle back on another service road to get to the street. Found a back way through a neighborhood coming from the west through town.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The interior design of the room and comfort of the room was extremely enjoyable
Cons: Was sad about the attention to detail with room cleaning. Don’t get me wrong, the overall room cleanliness was good. But there was a sock left on the floor next to the chest of drawers and desk leg. Then in the bathroom behind the table under the sink that had additional towels and the hairdryer there was a facecloth on the floor behind the table
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was right off the interstate. It's within walking distance or short drive to several restaurants and the mall. The hotel all had a Bistro in case you didn't want to leave to get something to eat. I didn't see the dinner menu, but my boyfriend did, and he didn't like the options, so we ate elsewhere. But it's still an option for those who don't want to leave the hotel. The room was nice and clean and met my expectations.
Cons: Everything was fine except the housekeeper knocked on our door at 10am for check out. She didn't appear to speak English. When i told her i was checking out at 11am, she looked at me confused as if she didn't understand or like i was wrong. So I asked what time was check out and she still just looked confused. So i just said I'll check out at 11am and closed my door. But she had also knocked on the visitor door across the hall from me, and the housekeeper was not able to communicate any words to her either. But check out wasn't til 12 noon. But we went ahead and got up and left because our sleep had been interrupted at that point and we were wondering if they had changed the check out time and would possibly charge an extra fee for late check out. So we got dressed and checked out. I also didn't like that there was no complimentary breakfast. You have to order breakfast off the menu in the Bistro. But i knew this ahead of time viewing the website.
7.0 Good
Pros: Full length mirror.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: At midnight we had a fire drill. After the fire department came, and left as we stood outside we were not sure if it was cleared to come in. Hotel Staff did not inform us what happened or it was safe to return.

Pros: Staff and location
Cons: no
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The mattress
Cons: It didn't have a free breakfast.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The lobby was pretty and the shower was nice
Cons: Way overpriced ($179 for a King bed and couch) for what you get. The room was tiny. My daughter could barely get in on her side of the bed. Very odd layout. The room also smelled musty and damp. The bed was literally the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: The room (walls and ceiling) was covered in black-green mold. A/C unit in room had died. The room was a health hazard.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Cleanness and staff
Cons: The last to stays we have had mistake on our bill. The first time it took a couple weeks to fix it. This time I checked it before we left and we had charges on my account that we didn't do. Asked them to fix it before I left and they did but was charged 1 penny for something on my bank account? We love to stay her every year for the regional trap shoot. Stayed here at least 7 times. Never had problems till the last 2.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and inviting. Best pillows ever.
Cons: They need bigger trash cans.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly service, spacious, comfortable room.
Cons: We found empty candy wrappers in the bed side table drawer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I did not have the breakfast there. The staff was off the chart helpful. The little thoughtful things that were done were very thoughtful. The darkness was great in the morning with the dark curtains.
Cons: I would not change anything. I do not have anything to change.

Pros: The location was perfect for my travel purposes. I always choose this hotel, as the service, room size, comfort and decor is awesome!
Cons: It would have been nice to have water bottles in the small refrigerator.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Beautiful location on the river and nice downtown area.
Cons: Older rooms with musty smell, popcorn ceilings, stained bathroom grout, dirty windows overlooking the river. Just felt like it was past its prime and needed a refresh. Also, very few tv channels. Internet tv required subscriptions.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Conveniently located downtown with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The Metro Streetcar was a great way to tour the surrounding area with an added bonus of riding for free. Would definitely recommend if you are planning on visiting Little Rock. We were on the 10th floor and at night, had an amazing view of the Main Street Bridge lights which changed colors.
Cons: Parking was pretty pricey at $25.00 daily. There were parking meters close to the hotel, but if you are staying for more than a day, that can be expensive as well. However, the Valet Attendants were very courteous.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the easy access to the Convention Center.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service and a spotless room!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location.
Cons: Room service was very slow. Valet was even slower. And bar service was not ready for the post concert crowd.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel is very nice & the room was clean & comfortable. The location was great as well.
Cons: The staff here were terrible-NOT what is expected of a 4 star hotel. Luckily, we did not have to interact with them much. Be aware-you HAVE to valet your vehicle. We expected to pay for parking (no big deal to us-it's typical for downtown).
