Pros: The traditional upscale atmosphere. The entire staff was friendly and helpful at all times.
Pros: Attention to detail. Super classy. All around great experience.

Pros: The main house and carriage suites of The Empress of Little Rock were filled with history and charm. The luxury features in our suite such as the fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, aromatherapy steam shower, and balcony overlooking the Secret Garden provided a lovely respite from daily life! Our host, Webb, personified grace and charm as he welcomed us, toured the buildings with us, and treated us to an over-the-top breakfast.

Pros: Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. Asking if room was ok or if we needed anything. Hotel is in a very convenient location - easy in and out.
Pros: It's very clean and like new. Great beds.
Pros: Clean and New
Pros: Modern decor, cleanliness, courteous staff, 12:00 check-out, free breakfast coupons courtesy of Hotel Employee
Cons: Breakfast was cold (ate at 9:00 a.m.), hotel website feels too corporate and not local
Pros: The staff was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious!!! Also loved the water in the lobby!
Pros: The location is close to the hospital.
Cons: They served us raw sausage in the morning, and the plates had gobs of old food on them. They charged us $33. No hot water in the sink. The lobby smells horrid. There wasn't even anyone we could tell about any of it. The front desk people are very rude.
Pros: Best shower I've ever taken in my entire life. Bed was quite cozy and I slept like a baby. I enjoy the clean scent in the air throughout the hotel. Impeccable cleanliness. I truly appreciate that.
Cons: Location was quite a distance from I-40. I was fatigued from flying, loading a moving truck and driving 6 hours. I wanted a good night's rest so I wanted the best hotel. Just didn't like having to drive so far out of my way.
Pros: Very large accessible room. Easy to move about with wheelchair
Cons: A little bit noisy overnight. Sounded like furniture being moved around.

Pros: Very clean rooms ... excellent services! I will stay there again ... very happy!
Pros: This hotel was very clean (very important factor to me), the atmosphere was charming, and the staff was stellar. They were all very friendly and warm people. The term Southern hospitality comes to mind. Even the cleaning lady was overly accommodating. After checking out I forgot my skirt in the closet and the cleaning lady ran out after me to make sure I didn't leave it behind. A little caring and understanding goes a long way and these ladies were wonderful.
Cons: We travel quite a bit and hotels in this grade are usually cheaper. However, this is the nicest, cleanest, prettiest hotel we've stayed at in the area and next time we're making a trip to Little Rock we'll be back.
Pros: Amenities were very nice. Bed was comfortable. Great shower. Power ports including usb on night stands. Tyler at the front desk was incredibly polite and helpful.
Cons: Little details. No remote in room, had to get one. Parking was quite limited and had to walk around the building.
Pros: Its very fancy, piano and restaurant in the main lobby, beds were good, nice big rooms, nice fridge and Direct TV with 2 tvs in the room and a couch
Cons: Open the door and people can see who is taking a shower the bathroom has a door which is needed but if you don't close it people will see you pooping from the hallway, breakfast is not included, Toilet had issues,
No WIFi, A/C is loud, not coming here again paid for the Piano in the main lobby
Pros: Clean and up to date. Plenty of Room
Cons: Kinda far away from the downtown area

Cons: Searched dates did not coincide with dates reserved. My room was given away.
Pros: I loved the location to the river market district. We were able to walk to the bars and restaurants that we wanted to visit. We were on the 19th floor of the hotel so we had a great view of downtown Little Rock
Cons: I booked a "deluxe room" for approx. $170 per night, which isn't insanely high, but I definitely could have found better rates at comparable hotels in the area. When I got to the room it was VERY small, and had 2 DOUBLE beds. I called the front desk and confirmed that this was in fact a "deluxe" room and they said yes. I asked if I could pay to upgrade to a room with 2 queen beds, since there were 4 adults in the group, and they said that double beds were the largest beds they had on property for rooms with 2 beds. That was very disappointing considering I can go to a Holiday Inn Express and get a room with 2 queen beds for $50 cheaper per night. Also, the room did not have a microwave or refrigerator. All of the above are things that come standard in most hotels that are significantly cheaper. For the amount of money that we paid, I was not satisfied with the value.
Pros: I liked the elegance of the place. Made me feel fancy.
Cons: I didn't like the extra money I spent on things that I felt should have been standard. I should have saved my money and stayed at a cheaper place that provided things such as parking and a microwave/fridge. While I enjoyed the view I don't feel that I should have had to pay additional money for it or parking. All in all it was too expensive for the level of elegance they were selling as standard.
Pros: The hotel has been completely redone and you can tell. The rooms are large and well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Cons: No complaints
Pros: All the rooms are finished and the earlier complaints about the horrible construction noise is no longer an issue. I think they are still working on the lobby in parts, but did not bother me at all. Very pretty room, loved the decor. I got a discount price for booking during their construction I guess, and lucked out, for there is no construction, so price was very fair. Parking garage/valet is 22.00 a night, which is steep, but I used it because I wanted to feel safe and it does that.
Cons: High price for parking, 22.00 a night is pretty high for Arkansas, and wow! Marriott is cleaning up on that one. ha!

Pros: As the name implies, the hotel offered a very comfortable experience. After traveling from overseas to visit home, I received a hassle free check-in, stay, and check-out. There were no-hidden-fees, there was a continental breakfast, and covered pull-up. The room was a nice size and the view was wonderful.
Pros: Staff. They offered to pick food up for me because my flight got in so late
Cons: Bed... It crunched
Pros: Best free breakfast of any hotel in this class, friendly staff.
Cons: KAYAK screwed up my reservation

Cons: hard to actually put a finger on it, just didn't feel welcome
Cons: Can't grasp the needs or duvets in warm weather. Just a light blanket is preferable
Pros: It gave a great view of the city and was located right by the river market area giving easy access to restaurants and bars. The room was amazing, a lot better than its competition in the area, it was spacious with a comfortable bed. The building is currently under some construction but it causes no issues for customers.
Cons: The only thing I would change about the rooms is the lighting inside the room was just ok. Unless you get the valet parking which costs $22 a night, then expect to have to walk quite a few blocks for parking during high traffic hours.
Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: Shower was horrible... Water jets all clogged. Advised front desk... She did nothing. No apology, no adjustment offered. I didn't ask or demand either.
Parking additional charge and wasn't connected to the hotel. Had to drive around the other side of the block. Not convenient.

Pros: Rooms appear to have been remodeled, very clean, appreciate the free parking, free internet and free breakfast. Location right off highway and prices are excellent. There was a mix up with reservation and agoda company but hotel's friendly and welcomig staff were able to rectify it quickly.
Cons: Small parking
Pros: Stayed here overnight for a concert. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very attentive to the needs of the people staying there. We'll lit parking, and all the things you'd find in a larger hotel. Breakfast was fantastic!
Pros: The room and facilities seemed very new and were quite nice. Our room request was honored and we were given a quiet room on the back side facing church property. We saw grass and pine trees out our window - very pleasant! I checked out the fitness room and had every intention of using it but chose to sleep in a bit later instead. It had very nice, new equipment that worked well when I tried it out.
Cons: While the binder of information was helpful, we had to go down and ask for a TV channel guide. I would recommend that it be put in the binder with the other info.
Pros: The shower head was nice... Oh, and Ghostbusters was fanfreakingtastic!!!
Cons: The length of time it took to check in! We arrived at 1:10 a.m. and got into our room at 1:30... Really??? There is no elevator at this 2 story motel!!! Upon walking into the lobby to check in I was met with the odor of marijuana and curry...Yummy! I reserved a king bed/non-smoking room. We were put in a double queen/smoking room. I was not asked if this change was acceptable. We pulled the bedspread and top sheet back on the bed closest to the heater/ac unit and found a large wad of black hair on the sheet. When we checked out the following morning I brought it to the attention of the desk clerk. No apology or discount was offered. I then asked for a paid reciept. The desk clerk told me she could not give me a paid reciept. For being in the room for less than 8 hrs (time change that morning), it was a very bad expierence and I would not recommended setting foot on this property!!!

Cons: The room was dirty. There was toothpaste on the bathroom counter and mold in the shower. There was no complimentary coffee downstairs and the "Starbucks" was closed. The front desk guy couldn't tell us anywhere open to go.
Pros: The location and staff were great! The room was nice and clean with a great view of downtown LR.
Pros: i just want to say my stay was wonderful. We had the best service and all the staff was wonderful.
Pros: The river market is beautiful.
Cons: The hotel was a bit uncomfortable. The TV and Internet were terrible.

Pros: next door to where I was working. Food in the morning.
Cons: Tile coming loose on bathroom floor. Noise I could hear in other rooms
Clean, newer, pleasant hotel with large rooms. Very nice hotel. Better than most 3 star hotels.
Pros: Clean, newer, pleasant hotel with large rooms.
Cons: Nothing bad.
My husband and I travel all over the U.S. and stay in hotels at least 90 nights a year in various cities. We have stayed in 1 to 4 star hotels and I have to admit that this is one of the best I have experienced. We had just finished up driving for 13 hours and were ready to rest. Our check-in was handled with ease. The gentleman at the front desk was efficient, friendly and welcoming. The facilities were clean and inviting. The room as also clean and comfortable. The beds were so soft and comfortable. The four pillows offered on each bed offered a nice selection to meet the needs of everyone. The bathroom is also reasonably spacious and the shower head offers great water pressure. It sits high so short and tall people are just as comfortable. The room had a comfortable chair and a desk for relaxing at. The breakfast was amazing. all of the basics were available. In addition there was eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage and pancakes. The menu rotates daily. Everything was well stocked and the tables were clean. We have no complaints at all about the hotel. It exceeded our expectations.
Pros: Our hotel stay was amazing. After driving all day it was exactly what we needed. The hotel is conveniently located off of the highway. The beds and pillow selection is heavenly. The shower is delightful. The breakfast is amazing. The internet is fast too!
Cons: Absolutely not. It exceeded our expectations. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean and comfortable.
There is absolutely NOTHING in Lonoke. There's nowhere to sit down and eat, and there's nowhere to shop. If you don't have a problem being in BFE, this is a beautiful hotel. There's a game room, a work out room, and a pool. They had a wonderful breakfast, and the staff was amazing.
Pros: It was very nice, and the staff was very helpful.
Cons: I ordered a hotel in Little Rock, and ended up 45 minutes outside of LR with no warning. I was livid, but that was Priceline's fault, not the hotels.

Pros: I love the beds here. They are so comfortable and soft if you prefer a firm bed, you may want to look somewhere else. I have booked here before and loved it. Nice, clean, and friendly on my first stay here. The second stay, not so much. We will book again just because I don't want one bad experience ruin it for me. We will try again next time.
Cons: The gentleman at the front desk was not very friendly. He acted as if he hated his job. The room we stayed in was also very dirty. The shower curtain. Was inside out and stayed with yellow. There was hair on the bathroom walls. There was a huge stain on the box spring of one of the beds. There was also a huge liquid stain on the lampshade. How that got there I'll never know. The breakfast is okay. Sausage patties, eggs, cereal, breads, and a waffle maker. The pool is inside but tiny and looks as if the bottom needs to be cleaned. It looked gross!
Pros: Comfortable bed, clean, good breakfast

Pros: Great value. More than adequate for our one night stay to break up our 13hour drive.. Breakfast buffet was indeed a pleasant surprise.
Cons: Grass blower at 7am on a Friday?! We need a federal law.
Pros: Bed was comfortable.
My niece enjoyed herself at the pool. (2.5ft-5ft)
It is in a good location to get to several locations.
Breakfast was good. It took a long time for omelets and waffles but that's because they only have one cook working the hot station. It was worth the wait.
All the staff members I encountered were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: There was a dust ball in the hallway. House keeping failed to pick it up twice.
Walls are thin our neighbors were drunk and loud. (They were celebrating their softball loss)
Pros: This building is well built. Very quality finishes. The complimentary breakfast was very good as well, brunch style. The AC works as well, which is always important in the summer.
Cons: Great location, but later at night (10 pm) some harmless yet forward homeless people will ask you for money. Don't give them money. Lock up your stuff. They have security at the hotel, safe place overall.
Pros: The breakfast was the only positive.
Cons: It's extremely outdated and the price is close to the other hotels. I'd rather put it towards something newer so it doesn't fee like you're sleeping in a room in the 50's.
Pros: I LOVED that it was just a short walk from Verizon arena, great restaurants for dinner and breakfast is buffet-style, with custom omelettes available. People were friendly and staff very nice.
Cons: It got a little warm in my room, but the air did not kick in until the morning. Night was a little rough because I LOVE cool air. But NOT a show stopper, by any means. It was a great room.
Pros: Location and breakfast was excellent
Cons: There were no towel racks in the bathroom
Pros: Downtown convenient location
Cons: Facilities were dated.
Pros: Stephanie brought a flashlight to my room. It lit the entire room for awhile before going out.
Cons: The electricity was cut off from 1:00 am - 5:40 am for maintenance. I was informed after the fact.
Pros: Staff were very pleasant and helpful
Cons: Rooms don't seem to be very well sound insulated. You could easily hear any noise in the hallway
Pros: I have stayed here many times through the years when going to concerts. Always have great experience.
Cons: Make sure they enough staff in bar and restaurant when concert is in town

Pros: The staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Our room did not have a hair dryer, but after inquiring about one at the front desk one was promptly installed. The hotel was quiet and we slept well through the night. The room was nicely decorated and well-maintained. I recommend this hotel for budget travelers.
Cons: The hotel was not as clean as others I've stayed in, but it was acceptable. The route to get to the hotel is a bit tricky. You'll need to use GPS to get there if you aren't familiar with the area. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.
Pros: Staff were excellent, very hospitable. Breakfast was fine with lots of options.
Pros: The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was a great price for the hotel. They also had a pretty good continental breakfast with a nice choice of food.
Cons: The refrigerator wasn't working at first but we discovered it had just become unplugged. Once we plugged it back in it was Worthing just fine.
Pros: The room was clean and the breakfast was decent

Cons: The hotel wasn't modern. I was expecting something a little nicer.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. One morning I woke up to find that housekeeping had only left me packets of decaf coffee. I called the front desk and in less than 5 minutes she was at my door with regular coffee and apologies. The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but very nice. As a business traveler I appreciated that there were plenty of plugs to charge my electronics and the wi-fi was faster and more reliable than most hotels. All-in-all a good value.
Cons: It is somewhat complicated to get back on I-40 south. There are not really any restaurants in the immediate area.
Pros: Very updated, modern look! Great value!
