Rent a Porsche in Jacksonville

John was very accommodating and the airport was easy to move around. He even went out and got the car for us as my husband is handicapped and we were his last customer.

Cons:

The wait time at the airport desk to get the car that was already reserved. John needed help that day! He was very nice, but out-manned with the requests for cars at the time. Wish we could have had a van instead of an SUV. Cost was HIGH I thought compared to a van rental for the same number of days in Florida.

Pros:

Gas mileage was very good for a large SUV

Cons:

The SUV was not washed. Dog hair all over the rear luggage area. The back of the front passenger seat was dirty with shoe prints from a child and the carpet on the driver side was dirty.

Pros:

Fast check in a check out

Cons:

Dog hair in the car when we picked it up. Was given a number in case there was any problems and it was a wrong number. Never got the problem taken care of so we cleaned it up ourselves. Charged an additional $200 on my credit card for no reason better be returned by tomorrow or there will be a real problem

Pros:

Chey cruz is laid out in a very poor fashion. Hated off feature when you stop, hated dashboard, hated trying to find radio station. I will request not to have a chevy in the future. Windshield wipers were horrible

Cons:

did not get any drop off directions. Had no idea what to do.

Fast pick up. However car smelled like smoke and had intense deodorizer trying to mask it. And there was an undocumented scrape on the bumper that held me up for 40 minutes when I returned the vehicle.

Pros:

Staff was professional and easy to work with.

Cons:

The vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke. It took me a couple of days to get the odor out of the vehicle. I was not given return instructions and had to make the return in a Sunday when Enterprise is closed. There is no one you can speak to for instructions or help. There should be weekend check in information sheets or something on the building/door to assist customers. Not everyone has computer access or knows how to navigate websites to find such information.

Pros:

Drop off was easy. There was some confusion about driving on a toll road and who owned the vehicle and what I should do. I think that should be simple and clear. The stuff is cheerful if not super knowledgeable.

Cons:

All the vehicles were very dirty, even the one marked "clean". The vehicle they had chosen for us was only a 12-passenger after we had reserved a 15-passenger, confirmed we needed 15, and made an extra deposit. We had to go kill an hour in town and come back for a pickup which they admittedly only sprayed down with Lysol and did a quick vacuum. It was really gross and I had to clean it myself to feel comfortable putting my kids in it. There were visible smears of some substance on the dash and visors etc. The fuel was not full at pickup. I wanted to see how far off it was and it took $6 to fill it. I returned it completely full and told them, but they were apathetic. That's disappointing. *They did offer me a 10% discount for it not being clean. I appreciated that (I did not ask, they offered). This indicated they were aware the vehicle was sub-standard.

I was not happy with the pick up site. I requested airport pick up and I was sent to an off site location.

Pushed the insurance a little harder than I expected. I said no about 4 times.

The car was not ready at pick up. It had not been checkd when it had been brought in. No gas in the tank. Tires were low. I had to take it to a tire shop to have the tires checked out and filled with air.
