Pros:

Nothing- enterprise was a nightmare. I had to end up canceling and going to Hertz next day and they were amazing

Cons:

They did not have the car in stock that I reserved so they sent me to another location the second location also did not have the car in stock but the person offered to give me a pick up truck for an additional 150 more. Pickup truck

I got a cancellation notice the day before. I called them to see if I could get a different truck, and the call center rep said it was confirmed to pick up and not canceled. When I showed up, they said it was in fact canceled and I couldn’t get the truck. Nearly derailed vacation plans.

they could of had a car there to rent = they had NO cars AND you had to show up or they charge you with a no show fee - never try to rent from hertz again

When I picked up it had 1/4 of gas in it. I dropped it off with the same amount and they charged me extra. I haven’t had time to call them about it but I’m furious.
