The bathroom and shower faucet water pressure was horrible. The sink faucet water was barely more than a trickle.

Cons (-) They ran out of pillows, they didn't have the advertised breakfast and the overall experience was very poor.

Cons (-) There wasn’t much staff around. When I went to check out, I waited in line behind two other people for over 10 minutes before someone finally turned up to work the counter.

Pros (+) Staff was very friendly considering the circumstances.
Cons (-) A lot of noise from the construction. Only one door to get in and out way back by the pool. Breakfast needs a better attendant.

Pros (+) it's well located and the price was great. the morning maintenance lady was very friendly.
Cons (-) no shower cap, toilet did not have a top, a/c unit never turn on although it was in automatic. had to wait close to 10 minutes to check-in on Saturday evening. the Saturday morning staff at the counter was a little bit rude.

Pros (+) Very clean and a big room. Staff was very friendly. Called to let the desk know that I wouldn't be checking in until late, they reassured me there was no problem and the room would be waiting for me when I arrived.
Cons (-) Hard to find a parking space. When closing the curtains, could only close the sheers. The curtains weren't made to close. So, with a parking lot light outside the window, I didn't get much sleep, room was too light. There are too many other choices in Lubbock to stay. Will not be staying again.

Cons (-) Upon arriving in the room notes a general lack of freshness. Upon inspecting the restroom noted a red/brown substance on the outside of the tub. Unsure what it was but with small child was not going to stay somewhere where cleaning is not important. Told front desk staff who asked if I would stay in another room that we could inspect together. At that time I no longer wanted to stay at the locatio...
