Overview
The Hawaiian island of Maui is incredibly popular. Shaped a bit like a turtle, it has a smaller region connected by a narrow neck of land to a much larger region. This smaller area gazes out towards the islands of Molokai and Lanai and is home to the historic Lahaina Town. The Marriott's Maui Ocean Club - Lahaina & Napili Towers sits just north of Lahaina and offers a wonderful spot to enjoy the island experience.
Just three miles from the busy downtown area of Lahaina, with its historic sites, boat and whale watching tours, and shops and restaurants, it is also steps from the Kaanapali Golf Course, Hanakaoo Beach, and more. Less than 20 miles from the airport, it is also a good base for exploring Maui and the surrounding islands.
Designed as a collection of beachfront villas close to all of the local attractions and best natural sites, it is a wonderful destination on its own. In fact, it has all visitors might need for an unforgettable island vacation. There is a recreational center that offers free fitness classes and other activities. There is also an enormous “super pool” that includes a cool and shady grotto, an array of waterfall features, and lots of water slides. The signature spa sits along the sands, and there are more than five dining options. There is even a Starbucks.
