I cancelled the reviews were bad from families that stayed there the week before
The hotel was close to the Naval Base,the only reason my family chose this. Main lobby door is open to anyone,no security, thugs can easily have an access to the hotel. Bathroom door is loose and ready to fall off, I woke up on my first night with red itchy spots on my arm probably from bedbug or mosquito bite.Towels stained.
the only good is Duncan doughnuts is a 2 minute walk for the gallons of cofree you will need the next morning. The noise making you think that the floor above you going to fall through because it's so paper thin don't sleep downstairs, the roaches all over the place make your skin crawl and the rock you lay down on makes sleep impossible.
A huge Surprise on the remodeling of the room and Happy it's wooden flooring. No Smell or Dust in Vents! Clean! Downfall of the Stay was No WiFi Connection at all, Struggled throughout the Stay so my Kids were Bored as well! No Continental breakfast that would be nice!the Front Desk was Not Friendly.

It was clean. As soon as you walk in, you can smell that someone is somewhere cleaning. The front desk person helped out fine, but she looked like she only had a couple of hours of sleep. It didn't affect her service, but at first glance I was hesitant to talk to her.
NOTHING This motel did not meet any of my expectations. They advertised that it was continental breakfast. The only thing they served was coffee.
The room was okay, comfortable, once everything was sorted out. Started out bad on check-in. We reserved a King, smoking room, and were told upon arrival that the only King smoking available had no heat. I told them a non-smoking room was fine. The desk staff then got on the phone with someone and after speaking with them for about 5 minutes in another language, offered me a Queen room for the same price. I told them no, they got back on the phone, and then offered me a King room, non-smoking, at the same price. If they already had a King room, why didn't they offer it first, since that was what I had reserved? Is it because we had gone online and paid a cheaper price through Kayak? We got into our room, and the heat was off, so the room was freezing. we found out about 30-40 minutes later why the heat was off - it wasn't working in this room either. We had to go back down to the desk, at 3 in the morning, and get another room that had heat. Probably won't be back if this is the level of service and maintenance hast this hotel utilizes.
Location Staff was horrible and lights in hall needing to be replaced, smelled horrible, felt unsafe there.
