We have stayed at this motel previous times and will stay any time we return to Ft Collins. Excellent place.
Clean, modern, comfortable room was a great surprise! Construction remodel made the office location, and parking, a little confusing.
The TV did not work
No hot water in the room, had to request it, should be checked by manager before I checked into the room
Newly renovated with updated rooms very nicely done. My room was very quiet. Yes, it was still a budget hotel, but I thought I got a great value. Breakfast was pretty good (nothing fancy) with different hot options every day.
Easy highway access, free breakfast, friendly staff, nice rooms with a refrigerator.
Close to Mountains. Near I-25, popular with truck drivers based on the number of rigs parked outside nightly. Can be loud some nights with rowdy people. Hot breakfast a little below average. Several miles to downtown for good shopping and restaurants. Comfortable bed, microwave and refrigerator in room. Free wifi. Good value for money. Loud people several nights. Water in sink backs up some days.
Location, quiet after 8pm Hotel is in middle of renovations so it's still messy in some spots.
We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff; the very good breakfast selections; the wonderful, the relaxing area to sit and enjoy breakfast; the rooms were very nice and comfortable; good-sized TV.
Clean rooms and well maintained. Very comfortable bed. Exercise facility is only an afterthought ....exercise bike doesn't work. Breakfast is over by 9:00 am on week days should be extended an hour
We really appreciated the clean room, bed, and bathroom facilities. Thank you very much to your room cleaners! We didn't like the breakfast times. We had to leave really early to return our rental car and to get to the airport. If you have an early flight, breakfast has to be at the airport.
The park and fly option is terrific. hot tub jets didn't work.
Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and shower was a good size. My room had missing blackout curtains. When I informed the staff, they replied "are you sure they are not there"... my reply was "yeah the inability to close any curtains because of their non-existence makes me pretty certain" Staff was still non convinced that I had just over looked them. Issue was never addressed. My heater and AC did not work. Weather in Colorado was ok and I was not either cold or hot, but the air got stale from a lack of movement. And lastly, I asked what time was check-out, was told it's noon. I asked for a late Che k-out since I had a meeting from 11-noon. Staff said "sure you can check out at 12:30". 30 minutes... Awesome.
The evening manager rose was amazing
rooms were really nice and it was quiet. I had two rooms and there were two couples in my party. My friends spent about 15 minutes stuck in the elevator 4/30/16 and it spooked them.
Thie hotel had way more then we expected. From the outside it seems like any other smaller hotel, but walk inside and the place is amazing. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Our room was way more then either of us were expecting. Seating area with a flat screen tv. Space to more around. Huge floor mirror, which my fiance loved. Bathroom was very mondern. King size bed and felt like sleeping on a cloud. Just the whole room was well put together and didn't look like a typical hotel suite you would get in Fort Collins. Honestly the pictures up doesn't do the place justice. The only issue we ran into was the spa didn't look so clear, so we passed on that but nothing to stop us from using them ever time we are traveling.
Cleanliness. You had to pay for breakfast
Room 109, located next to laundry room AND whirlpool which is open from 8 am to midnight
This hotel is very modern. It is close to many shopping and dining outlets. I'd stay here again. The bar guy knew his beers. The bar was out of stock of fruits to make 3 of the specialty drinks.
They say "not pets" and we had to move to a different room because there was a dog barking. They do not provide breakfast as other hotels Wifi does not work, it is very slow
Location - some restaurants less than a minute walk away Nice room - liked the decor very much Noise - heard upstairs people walk
The room was impressive! Very big, nicely decorated, extremely clean. For the price that we payed, this hotel is top notch! We will be back!
We were woken up by a fire alarm around 12:30 am and had to evacuate out into the rain. I know the fire alarm was not the staff's fault, but there was never an explanation, never an apology, nothing, from the staff.
The shuttle was a great perk and convenient getting to old town.
Nice beds No, breakfast was included in the pries
Was greeted by a delightful young woman named Jaclynn & she set the tone for a delightful experience at this Hilton. Would def stay here again.
the whole building was beautiful - it felt very luxurious and i really enjoyed our stay - wish we could have stayed longer
No longer offer free breakfast or coffee.
They allowed us to bring our dog at the last minute with a $25 fee, the staff was nice and the room was clean. The bed was so uncomfortable. We are still working out the kinks we woke up with a week later. The air conditioner kept going on and off, as well as the fan, which made the outside hotel noise very noticeable. Usually, the fan will stay on even if the air conditioner cycles on and off and this one didn't and we woke up throughout the night because of it. The price was higher than their normal rates because it was college move in weekend and it was not worth the increased rate.
The staff was good and the lobby looked great. No complimentary breakfast, to luggage carrier, the room was just ok. I expected more for the price.
Easy check in and access to facility. Rather loud for a modern hotel, heard several other guests. Bathroom was a little out of date.
Just as advertised. Great location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms.
The property was clean, well maintained, and quiet... The staff had challenges accommodating our request for adjoining rooms. Matthew said no absolutely not, don't worry about it your small children will have fun without you around. Devin tried, said he could do it, for a more than double rate increase. Lauren finally found two rooms on the same floor across the hall and diagonal from each other. Close, but certainly not what we hoped for.
Location, proximity to venue, dining/shopping. Hilton quality hotel. Noisy guest next door caused me to lose sleep, but I didn't complain to staff, so my own fault.
Clean and spacious room on the first floor. Train tracks and mass transit path directly behind the hotel ..70ish yards.
I thought the hotel was a very good hotel. The majority of the staff was very welcoming, minus the woman that checked us in, she seemed very negative. The breakfast was good, not that big, but for free it was a great deal. The rooms were a good size with a pretty nice bathroom. The location allowed for a trip to the downtown area in about a 5 to 10 minute drive depending on the traffic which was very nice. There were a few things I was not a fan of. The bed in particular was not exactly the most comfortable thing, it was shallow and you could feel all the springs and baseboard when resting. The check in woman was very negative about Fort Collins which was a turn off.
Wonderful stag! Amazing breakfast snd the room was very much worth the price! I would stay again for sure!!!
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The water didn't get as hot as I would like.
breakfast was good. Staff was very pleasant. Comfy bed. Had to be moved to another room due to the noise from several rooms where a band was staying. Second room had several "party rooms" near as well. Train runs right behind hotel.
First off, the continental breakfast was great everyday we stayed there (4nights). Also conveniently located for a short drive to Rocky mountain national park and rafting on the poudre river. Room was clean and staff was friendly. I'd stay there again. No on-site masseuse.
The front desk staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast items were well stocked during the last half hour of the breakfast service. And the location next to the bus line was great for getting to campus and downtown. The railroad line is right behind the hotel and the long trains make for a noise location. The other issue is that our room wasn't tended to by housekeeping after our first night. I had to call for more towels since I put the used ones on the floor for them the replace. I also had to call to get pillows and blankets for the pull put couch.
Clean, quiet, comfortable & convenient location. Large rooms, comfortable beds. Friendly staff.
Rooms were very clean, free breakfast was quite tasty and the hotel had little treats out often.pet friendly and offered several chew treats to my daughter's visiting dog even. The staff was also fantastic, going the extra step every day. Next trip to fort Collins, that's where I will stay.
The room and bathroom was large, comfortable and clean. No problems at all. Close to major streets and all you could want. There was nothing that we did not like about this place.
two blocks back from main road, easy to get in and out of. Close to everything, location quiet for me. Pool/hot tub open from 6am-11pm making it convenienent. Waffles and eggs for continental breakfast, not just donuts and toast. Nice large room with separate sofa seating area. Nice larger fridge, quiet, didn't hear it running all night.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were very good. Several choices and always fresh food being added. The entire facility was very clean. Evening "mixers" are simple but a good touch. Room had lot of (internal) noise. The refrigerator was very loud. (Something loose at the bottom.) Air handling unit was also abnormally loud (and in the bedroom). Given the above, we turned the refrigerator as cold as practical and the room as warm as practical when out. Then turned the fridge down to cool when watching TV and the HVAC off when sleeping. We also learned not to run the dishwasher while trying to watch TV.
Hotel was quiet and in a great location. There wasn't much parking lot parking. The room was smaller than I expected.
The King sized bed with extra room for seating. As well as a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was beautiful but my shower never got hot stayed lukewarm no matter what.
The beds are awesome. Very comfortable. Clean.
location pet friendly refrigerator was not adjustable and froze all of our food and drink even on min setting. no replacement available according to front desk.
Modern bedding - luxurious and clean. A selection of firm and soft bed pillows for your comfort. Desk for working, a chair for relaxing. The refrigerator was quiet. Modern heating and cooling unit - you can set a temperature to optimize its use.
Room appeared clean. This is a motel that needs some work. The room smelled like a mix of cigarettes and cat pee and the 70's motif was not what you want to see after a long day on the road. The breakfast area was a mess and syrup was all over the floor. The dude smoking marijuana by the lobby just topped it off.
The hotel was nice for our one night stay.
The whole place smelled of smoke. They lost our reservation and gave us a smoking room. It felt unsafe there and all the common areas were not very clean.
Nothing. I would never stay here again. It would get 0 stars if that was an option. The carpet was wet and a fan was going when we entered our room. The room smelled like a frat house the night after a party. People were loitering in cars in the parking lot and around the premises. Don't stay here. Just spend a few more dollars and stay on the other side of the interstate. This place is for drug deals and prostitutes.
Cheaper than expected. Staff was very friendly. Room was nice and clean. I agreed to pay $68 for the room on kayak.com (including tax) and ended up paying $55 when I got to the hotel. The staff was very friendly. I had ordered Chinese before I got to the hotel and the restaurant forgot to include silverware. The staff had no problem giving me silverware and napkins. The room was clean and there was a comfortable jetted bathtub. For the most part, the hotel was quiet and perfect for my needs.
No bed bugs! I always check the mattresses. Fair continental breakfast. Remarkably Quiet even though close to Interstate 25 and every room was full. Older construction. Older TV.
Nice big room; came with a fridge Poor wireless but they did say they were having issues with it.
The hotel was just fine for the price. The decor is very old and there is nothing fancy about it, but we spent most of the time enjoying our trip and not hanging around the hotel so it worked out well. The breakfast is adequate and the pool looked a little murky but seemed fine.
Nice breakfast Dirty,very noisy
Was able to connect to the hotel web, but there was no internet connection.
We loved that we had received a pool side room and that the courtyard was right outside our door. The pool was excellent and again right outside our door. Loved the rate and the people were very helpful and friendly. Will do it again!
While it's located on a busy road, it's placed far enough from the street to be quiet. Close access (a few miles) to the interstate and conveniently located in the middle of town. It's an older hotel and will never compare to some of the newer hotels in town but a great option for a lower budget.
Front desk staff was outstanding management could learn a lot from there staff
Very comfortable and friendly
Expanded continental breakfast was great! Good value for our money Hot tub very nice, too, and very clean. There were several items in the refrigerator from a previous guest. The lunch meat that was left was green. Yeech! This was rather un appetizing. There was a used towel in one of the corners of the room that had not been taken out when the room was cleaned.
Decent location to access downtown and university by car. Price is appropriate. Pool area is nice. Free breakfast. Hotel was very booked with lots of traveling families and creepy clients. Rooms are cheap, hotel is outdated. Many lights and TV didn't work - no wifi. Staff was not trained well, made many errors with many visitors checking in and out and booking them in the wrong rooms.
Needed vacuuming throughout
The beds were VERY comfy! I wanted to pack it up and take it with me! The breakfasts were also very good! I loved the variety of choices each separate morning. I love that the bathroom products are Nutrogena as well. The pool was smaller than I was imagining. The bathroom didn't have a vent. The curtain rod was the kind that has the arc so it gives you more room in the shower, but whoever installed them installed them halfway into the tub, so you have even less room.

Location. Complimentary breakfast was satisfactory. Television didn't work. Free WiFi connection impossible---clearly they could not meet the capacity of guests. Elevator was not working. What's to like?
Location and the breakfast was great The staff member that checked us in was abrupt and somewhat rude. Our heat didn't work and she made it sound inconvenient I was calling to get it resolved. She also was irritated when we asked for more towels, we only had 2 towels in a 2 double room.
The staff was very nice and helpful They charged my credit card for a room I already paid for 2 months before still fighting them and my bank trying to get the money put back in my account
All the staff I encountered were friendly and asking what they could do to help make my stay better. Very quick to respond to issues. The elevator went out at nite and they immediately had someone there to fix it. Nothing
Breakfast and leaving Service that the Staff did not provide for us and accomadations we were stuck with. Being called a liar by the staff and the A.M. not returning any calls or making an attempt to get ahold of us. Staff covering up their mistakes made.
Size of room, comfort of bed, breakfast Noise--poorly insulated Small basic bathroom
Breakfast was outstanding! Got stuck on the elevator but the staff was very nice. They even said our rooms would be reimbursed for the inconvenience.
Staff very helpful Probably received Phishing call at 11:50 pm. Notified staff then and again in morning. Some confusion in checking in because they had booking phone no rather than ours.
My family enjoyed the free breakfast, indoor swimming pool, and the free WiFi. They also enjoyed the free hot chocolate throughout the day - what a nice treat! With the exception of our room, the rest of the hotel appeared clean. Although our bathroom smelled of bleach (clean) - the rest of the room was less than clean. Dental floss on the floor, chewed gum in ice bucket, used band aid under the drapes, and a sock (not ours) stuck between the mattress and the box spring. UGH!!
Helpful staff, very clean, quiet
Several things I like about the Candlewood model and this facility in particular: You only get housekeeping upon request which allows you to leave your room the way you want it. You don't have to put your stuff away each morning. Washer and dryer use is free and they even provide detergent pods. Excellent coffee is available 24 hours a day. This particular Candlewood is located within walking distance of a King Soopers (think Kroger if you're from back east) and a ton of other retail if you are so inclined. Candlewood is very competitively priced in the FoCo market. Nothing.
Had nice new rooms with comfortable beds, also had friendly staff with little interruption from housekeeping. Had loaner appliances for the kitchen as well as games.
Is liked the full kitchen & how spacious the room was.
Very clean, quiet and staff was excellent! Beds were very comfy. Hot water was sparse for morning shower.
No customer focus at front desk
Had a fine stay.
Affordable, clean and friendly staff. Had a room by the elevator and could hear it running all night. The breakfast food was stale...
Ft Collins can be a busy place. With this motel technically in Windsor, it is only minutes from downtown FoCo but feels removed in a good way
The staff was very nice!
Dirty clothing from precious guests were found in the room, the flooring around the pool was practically impossible to walk on barefoot because it hurt your feet, the staff had no clue of the surrounding area. Generally disappointed with the whole stay.
The front desk manager was very helpful. I had forgotten my charger, he could not find the charger, but still was persistent and eventually found me one. He also found out I had visited the CSU campus and gave me a CSU pin to keep. Very helpful, and made the stay so much better. Breakfast was too early, and when we decided to sleep in, we missed it. At most of the other places we have stayed, breakfast was until ten, here it was only until nine.
The room was at least clean and didn't smell as bad as the rest of the place. The shower was good. Bed was comfy. The entire place smells like cigarettes though the room didn't. Staff are friendly but didn't seem to actually do what they said they would. Breakfast is not worth talking about. Wireless was flaky and very very slow. I ended up tethering my cell instead. There was heating but it didn't seem to put out enough heat.
The room was clean, orderly and well kept. There was not a lot of extra space in the room as they squeezed all the furniture into a limited space, but I easily worked around it. The furnishings looked new and I was content with the room. I would definitely stay there again. The young man at the check-in was very unfriendly and extremely rude. His demeanor needed a great deal of refinement. He said to me; "sign here to allow for us to use your credit card for any damage or anything you would steal from the room, or if you smoke in the room." I believe he needs to be trained in the proper verbal etiquette for what he was attempting to communicate. I am used to stay at national hotels where the desk clerks and staff are friendly and call you by name. This person should not be working for Days Inn.
The room was clean, breakfast was decent, bed was comfortable There wasn't a pool or hot tub. Having individually wrapped breakfast items is horrible for the environment.
Wonderful helpful staff
The air conditioner worked great. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The building was not very secure, which means the side doors did not require a room card to open the door and have access to the hotel.

New, clean, quiet, all necessary amenities. The quality of the bed linens, bottom sheet especially was poor.
Simple check in. No parking fee One entry door was not working (had a note up).

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and roomy. As a handicap accessible room, this falls far short of what should have been. The room had a reduced size sink to accommodate a wheelchair, but came with a tub and a few handicap bars. The 'free breakfast' food was just awful. Poor quality food.
Good location, clean, pretty good breakfast. Nice staff. Price could be a little lower, but I felt like I got what I paid for.

Clean, well managed, friendly, great breakfast for a free breakfast, very helpful and overall very good experience.
Price location and comfy beds!
Location and cleanness Our card reader going into the room did not work appropriately requested it to be repaired every day for the five days that we were there they never did address it however on our checkout they credited us $25 a day for the inconvenience
The hotel is attractive and the staff was very helpful, professional and friendly
Only room left in town on graduation weekend. Hotel called after we booked and said it was a higher rate, and we had to pay $30 more. They made us take a smoking room which smelled like an old ashtray. The heater didn't work. Staff seemed quite put out that we asked for a late checkout because we were at a graduation. They only gave us a half hour extra and we had to cut the graduation short to meet their deadline.
The girls at the front desk were very helpful when we arrived on Friday night. The hotel was dirty and it smelled funny. I have stayed here before about 2 yeArs ago and it was a muxh nicer facility then!
The staff is friendly and accommodating. They are hardworking and take pride in what they do. Very clean and quite facility. Stayed for one night only, but was able to get a good night rest. Breakfast is not elaborate, but is functional and when coupled w/ the low price of the stay... it's a win/win. Thank you Super 8... I would certainly return!
Temperature contol was awful. Weak coffee. Room clean but greeted by dirty hallways
Even as the cheapest hotel, I was not impressed with the facilities for the amount of money I paid. This is a $35 per night hotel. The room was somewhat clean, clearly not vacuumed. I was disappointed with the hot tub being not an actually built in spa, but a tub you find find on someone's back porch. Not the friendliest night desk person.
No elevator, lack of parking
Staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. Hallways had a strong smell of cigarettes but the rooms smelled fine.
Friendly, helpful staff Not exceptionally quietSmell of cleaner
Clean basic room for a reasonable price.
Very clean and comfortable room. Staff was super friendly. Stairs only access to second floor
