No breakfast included and need restoration and new pillows and beds
Need restoration, they charge for everting! Too expensive parking garage
The newly renovated burgundy rooms are very nice. Smartly decorated. Great to have an empty fridge (not one full of items for purchase). Buffet was a real treat. Felt like we were on a village street in France. Unique food choices, very pleased.
Please get rid of the cosmetic and perfume solicitors in our way as we try to go to our room - this should never happen inside a property like this - just terrible and been going on for years - these folks profile and harass - go away!
Location on the Strip is hard to beat, restaurants are very good too - you're spoiled for choice!
Unlike other times, employees we interacted with were rude. While my wife was waiting in the car just for the check-in, she was rudely threatened to move the car by the valets. Not what you expect from a 4 star hotel! Upon check out, reception desk people send everybody to check out on machines that do not work, after waiting in line for more that 20 minutes! Obviously everybody had to go back to the lazy receptionists, and as we did so, we were asked if we were VIPs (platinum) and treated like 3rd class! Not to mentioned overcharges added on credit card that now we have to dispute! Save your money and look somewhere else, this hotel - and the casino plus the shopping area - is dated, overcrowded and mercantilism destroyed not just the charm but also the architecture (looks like third world, not Paris anymore!)
Booked a higher level room but given cheapest room without change in price. The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke and only the bathroom and entryway light worked. No apologies from front desk. Move to another room the next day. Was told by check-in staff and another front desk staff next morning that my bags would be moved. Got a call when I was at my conference threatening to charge me for both rooms unless I move my bags immediately. She was so rude and told me no one would ever tell me that. She say she was putting me back in the old room that I was in previously. So upsetting. I will NEVER stay there again.
Good location and the housekeeping was good.
There is zero personal service. The front desk staff has a bad attitude. It needs a overhaul on the front desk staff. Also, the casino has way more smoke than any of the other hotels. Walk and go to other hotels and you will see how bad Paris is in comparison. I don't know if it is a ventilation problem or what but I got major second hand smoke.
Those Perfume Employees attacking us each time we walked by. They were so aggressive! Soft drinks costing 3.99. Adding a $41 resort fee for nothing! Internet and phone calls-ridiculous!
Poor check in experience
Pool closes at 6pm
Nice quick trip with family
Great location, front desk and housekeeping staffs were very helpful and friendly, i will definitely book this hotel again
Servers at the casino were not the greatest and the buffet is not what it used to be a few years ago (not too bad though)
It was very loud here! Music was playing all night long!
I liked the theme throughout the hotel and casino. My wife loved pool, and inside our room was nice as well. We enjoyed crepes and pastries.
I hated that my wife was carded ever time we stood still in the casino. She’s 25! They eventually carded me too, and because my license was expired by less than a month I couldn’t be in the casino. We also upgraded our room which was nice, but one of the selling points was the view of the city, and that view turned out to be of the parking garage and Bally’s.
