Cosmo once was an amazing hotel. Now it’s just a Vegas hotel. Long long slow check-in. No status acknowledgment. No real courtesy. You’re just a guest deal with it attitude. Air conditioning barely working in boulevard tower .The hotel in itself is good. But this is not the Cosmo it once was

6Okay

When you're paying for a fairly high end suite in a modern hotel you'd expect a coffee machine in the room. Or a kettle or something. Ridiculous that they don't provide that.

My stay was absolutely AMAZING and everything I needed. We will definitely return and have decided to make the COSMOPOLITAN our permanent host hotel.

Amazing!!! I recommend a balcony facing the fountain! We never turned the tv on. Just sat out there and enjoyed the sights! Starbucks was on the first floor so that was perfect!

Their business center is a joke. I needed something for a meeting and couldn't get it done. People were extremely nice, just not helpful. This is a place I would come to play, but not really for people who have to do business.

The resort fee is nothing but a gouge. This is just another gaudy Vegas hotel. Charging $50 per day for resort fees when there's no resort is plain theft. Further, Kayak did not show me clearly that there was a resort fee when I booked. I might have chosen a different hotel.

8Very good

Still one of the best hotel on the strip. Centrally located and easy access to other attractions. Rooms are very attractively decorated. Hallways and elevators were cigarette smell free, very nice air filter system unlike other hotels. This is my favorite place to stay whenever I can get a deal from Cosmopoliant.

The fridge doesn’t work, and the pool closed too soon.
