Stayed in a fountain view suite and it was incredible. The bed was just as comfortable as our one at home, the views were breathtaking, and the food and drink selection was amazing. Perfectly located in the strip as well, could not have had a better time.
great view and free upgrade to sweet room
too high limit for me to play game
Mostly great
Beautiful. Super modern throughout. Rooms were very spacious and a great reprieve from the hustle and bustle - nice and quiet in the rooms. Amazing views. Beautiful bathroom. Very clean. Easy parking. All the food we tried at several of the restaurants was delicious.
So crowded and loud downstairs at all hours. There always seemed to be a line at check-in. Signage to get to the entrance on Las Vegas Boulevard could be better.
The lobby was smoky
The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. The Cosmo has great collection of restaurants from high end to fast food. This hotel is great for people watching.
The lobby was smoky and very warm. I have stayed at this hotel 5 times and my group all complained about the smoke. We meet at chandler bar and left for another hotel because how warm it was. They to turn in the air conditioning!
Every about this hotel was fantastic. I didn’t need to the hotel for anything. Everything is in house. From the food to the best party spots. It was a great weekend.
At the pool party my credit card does not read Jr. but everything else matches. I’m a 33 yr old male and I was told I could be stealing my dads credit card. Which really pissed me and my wife off. I think this is a rule that needs to be revisited and revised as I had multiple forms of Id and Credit Cards to show who I was!
Great room, great staff!
The room was beautiful! I went went with 3 friends. We weren’t sure if the 3rd friend would be staying the night also so we booked the room with just 2 with a king bed (it’s all that was on the site) and would add the 3rd there if needed. At the registration desk we did want to add the additional person and we were aware of the fee. The staff member asked if we wanted to switch to a 2 bed room with a view of the fountain so we took it and they waived the $35 fee for an extra person and didn’t charge extra for the view room. She was so helpful and nice. She gave us bottled water for the walk up too. It was all beautiful the only thing is they said there was construction up above our room so the water in the wet bar was brown.
Water was brown in wetbar
Rooms are the best in Las Vegas!! And I can stay within the hotel for everything. I'll definitely be back.
First time stay
From check in to check out, our experience was perfect. Gorgeous hotel, beautiful room with very comfortable bed. We had friends that had a wrap around terrace suite which was gorgeous as well. The pools could have had a little more upbeat current music, also some more wait staff for people not in cabanas. Every request we had was fulfilled immediately. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Honeymoon starter
The staff was incredible after initial checkin we got married and we always wanted to stay here. From the staff helping us get a fridge for our top tier of our cake, to the staff trying to fix the dilemma of it not fitting to the celebration of our new future as mr and Mrs our entire stay was so memorable and we can't wait to go back and stay there again. Thank you so much again to Ernesto Rebecca g and Enrique ohhh and Mariah look for them when you go to the Cosmo they'll do Right by you!
I didn't like checkin it's a bit slow and enough desks staff were not available considering it was a holiday weekend it should been over staffed. The most upsetting upon arrival was the gentleman Dave who checked us in, he wanted to rush us out as well as upsell me without really trying and while I stood in line watched him look over at the line pretend to do busy work and after 20 mins of watching finally have him call us over to start the check in process. He didn't even say congratulations or ask if it was our first time where we were from let's just say he forgot all his customer service skills or was filling in cause it was not pleasant. Besides the initial start to our wedding weekend the middle and ending was vindicated and amazing.
Cosmopolitan
It is a first class Hotel with excellent accommodations and friendly staff.

Check in Receptionist was quick and very helpful with where things were in the hotel. Room was comfortable and the views of the fountain were great.
The hotel had everything good food, clubs, shopping.
