25 minutes at counter checking in- he needs training or doesnâ€™t care-waited 1 hour for room after checking in at 6pm- Refrigerator not cold-took all day to replace Everything has always been perfect in the past stays

Perfect location ðŸ˜
We were pleasantly surprised by the Cosmopolitan- we stayed in one of the lowest-level rooms (two queen city view). The bathroom was huge and very clean, room was clean and stylish with comfy beds. Best casino of any hotel we saw - modern, barely smoky.
We had to wait for a little while at both check in and check out, but the staff were all nice when our time came! Of course food is expensive - we loved the Italian espresso bar and the Chandelier bar - but right across the street thereâ€™s fast opti
