Great spread for breakfast
Quiet clean location
Convenient to LVCC and the Strip, lots of room and amenities, easy parking, major improvement over normal hotel rooms. Also it's close to two adjoining Marriott properties and guests can utilize any of them for things like wi-fi (which is free), etc.
All staff was kind & accommodating. They also had great service
Great location, solid staff and decent property.
No towels in the room. Tough to realize until you are getting out of the shower without a towle to dry off with. Unnacceptable
We stay two days, they change us more than 40.00 each day. But we do not use any service.
Never live there again.
Very nice.. like a small apartment. Good breakfast included
This particular location a bit awkward getting in and out of parking lot due to location on street. But this is a very minor issue.
The room was great. Lots of room. obviously meant for people staying more than one night but the price was still a good deal. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel bed ive been in. The breakfast buffet provided lots of choices and tasted great.
Clean hotel. Good breakfast
No ice machine. No king bed available.
The rating and expectation of it was great!
Phone operator was overwhelmed when we tried to call and ask questions prior to our arrival...could use some customer service training!!!
It is amazing! The room likes home, I like it very much!
No, everything is OK!
Quiet, clean, updated rooms. Very private.
Pool was freezing and dirty. Our room took forever to get to
the outdoor space and landscape
One of the receptionist at the front desk was very upset when we alerted her about a bee hive forming at on of the trees, she rolled her eyes like we were bothering her.
Hotel lost power for a few hours...staff was not helpful at all during the blackout.
breakfast and evening snack.
front desk supervisor. treated priceline guest differently
This is a normal Ok room with decent price. If it is not the holiday season, I'd rather pay $xxx for a fancy hotel on strip.
The room decoration is old.
Kitchenette that was in room
Room was spacious and easy parking access
Unfortunately, we had some very rowdy neighbors. When we asked to switch rooms, we were told that there were no rooms available. However, when I checked online, it was showing availability.
I was surprised by the good reviews for this hotel. The breakfast is pretty meager and I was not able to find this 'free light dinner' another reviewer spoke of. We also had two cockroaches in our room, one of which we found in a suitcase. So far we have seen three silverfish. We told the front desk and they sent someone to clean the room and spray for bugs while we were gone but I saw a few more when we got back. The front desk people were not sympathetic to the problem when we talked to them about it either and they did not apologize. I just found it surprising for a hotel representative to act that way. Besides the unfortunate roaches and silverfish, our room is very loud. There is a constant high-pitched whine coming from somewhere that I can't locate, and the air conditioner turning on and off is so noisy it startles me. It rattles and whines and the blower itself is deafening. The room was nice, and this hotel has potential, but they need to train their staff a bit more in hospitality and take care of this bug problem!! We chose this hotel to be close to the Magic Trade Show, but there aren't any restaurants nearby which was sort of a bummer as well.
The staff was the best, Nick was outstanding! Food was great, the hospitality was the best! Very clean, they make it where you do not want to leave! ! Now I am tring to get reseravions to come back! I just can't say enough good things about it!
The kitchen is superb. Breakfast buffet and weekday light supper are also free & very good!Great to stay in a non-casino proerty
