Pros: Nothing at all.
Cons: The young girl at the front desk was rude. She tried to keep the family together and changed my room. I booked a King but she switched it to a Double. When I went back to the desk she tried to say I did it when I booked it. No I booked the right room. Then when they processed my payment they charged me twice on both rooms. One of the rooms I booked for my parents and my Dads card was ran 8 different times and the bank put a block on his card. One of the charges was for 1714.00. Really? When I showed her my statement where I was charged twice she tried to argue with me and I told her I wanted to talk to the manager. She then calls her which turns out to be her Mother. The guy there was so out of it that he didn't know what was going on. When I tried explaining the problem to the manager she tells her to hold on she will tell her when she gets off the phone. No ma'am I will tell her. Come to find out that she did run it twice after she lied and said she didn't. The rooms we were in had no safety patches. All of them had been removed. The room me and my fiance had the door had been kicked in and was split. The walls looked like they are holding. This hotel has been run down. This is the hotel of choice for all of my family when we come in town for events and reunions but this will be the last time we stay here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel
Cons: Better communication between front desk and housekeeping when guest is still in the room so they know when to come to clean the room
4.0 Okay
Pros: LOBBY and exercise room
Cons: While checkin was ok. I was a little concern.l- The female clerk did NOT ask to see my ID. Checkout was much much worse. You can smell the mold/sour/funky scent in rm 126. I left a day earlier. CHECKOUT - I asked for a receipt. The new clerk was having a hard time - so he asked for help from "Ms.Brenda". Well, not only did she give me a receipt BUT she charged me and additional $159.08 dollars. When I questioned her, she tried to explain to me the charges (as if I was remedial) my room was ALREADY PAID FOR IN FULL upon checking in-through booking.com $237.00. I was so upset! I had to call my bank while standing there and have them on the phone the entire time 2hr. She finally call the GM and then the process of refunding me my monies started. It was easy to refund part but I had to go through hell and high water to get the final $73+ refunded. FYI- I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. House keeping knocking on your door very early morning.
