10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Can not recommend the White Hall Farm enough. Our room was gorgeous, spotless and very very comfortable. The enormous bathroom with freestanding bath was lovely and we also had use of a beautiful lounge area. The host was so welcoming and accommodating, cooking whatever we asked for for breakfast (as we were feeling slightly delicate).
Cons: Nothing - it was all amazing!

Pros: Beautiful old farm / Manor House in the Warwickshire countryside with gardens that Sara was more than happy for us to use before going out for the evening. Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The sitting room beautifully furnished and on a hot summers night cool enough to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. Amble parking.
Cons: Nothing!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: White Hall Farm is a stunning piece of history with the best host in Sarah. She couldn't do enough for us and our stay, though one night only, was sublime. Beautifully decorated throughout, the house is full of history and fabulous pieces of furniture. The location was very peaceful and only a short drive from Warwick as well as a selection of grey pubs. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
Cons: Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good traditional breakfast. We enjoyed being in the old fashioned dining room with lovely furniture etc
Cons: The room, the house and our hostess were excellent but we would encourage visitors to check local pubs in advance for dinner.

Pros: Sheila was a delight - exceedingly welcoming and joyful. She was very helpful and full of advice about travel and other aspects of the local area. The breakfasts were excellent, superbly cooked on the aga, with lots of choice and lovely fruit. We especially liked the way the tea/coffee etc were presented in glass lidded jars and almost no plastic packaging and waste to pollute the seas. Thank you for this! If only more hotels and b and bs would do the same! Bungalow farm is ideally placed for easy access to Leamington Spa, Warwick and its university and Stratford on Avon and lots of nearby National Trust properties.
Cons: Can you arrange for less rain next time please Sheila?

Pros: Everything was super nice. A home away from home
9.0 Excellent
Pros: You could order exactly what you liked and it was cooked fresh and came quickly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the property was excellent, it was the other side of the river from all of the main shops and bars, but it was only a two minute walk to get to them. I can't really find anything that i didnt like about Hedley Villa, we have paid more to stay in hotels the other side of the river that didnt measure up to the general high standard of this guest house. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be coming back in the future.
Cons: I didnt like the fact that i should have booked to stay longer
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good and the location is near the station
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Landlady is lovely and genuinely interested in her guests as people rather than clients. I cannot say enough good things about the Full English breakfast - exceptional for that type of food. Beds really comfy and the hotel is in a quiet location yet very close to several good quality restaurants and pubs etc, Will definitely stay here again!
Cons: My room's plumbing worked absolutely fine but is quite noisy. All else is fine.

Lovely location & quiet street. Breakfast included with generous portions & dining area clean & well stocked with cereals, fresh juice & fresh fruit etc.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was very good. having the use of the Spa facilities was a bonus
Cons: a little noisy in the mornings with doors banging but could have been due to other residents.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very nice and professional. Everything was clean and was made to feel like a king. Organized flowers to be delivered to the room which were delivered right on time and was a nice surprise for my partner.
Cons: No iron was in the room as promised but later delivered.
7.9 Good
Pros: Nice location, beautiful grounds. The brasserie was beautiful and the food / staff there were 10/10.
Cons: Wasn’t to happy with the situation with the spa and as I had planned to stay Saturday night and use the spa on the Sunday we were only allowed to use spa until 11-00am or pay none resident prices although I stayed the night before. Didn’t end up using the spa but this was the whole reason I booked this hotel :/ The room was clean but small and probably not worth how much I paid for it.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely setting with extremely well maintained gardens. Stunning views, we took some amazing photos.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very clean!
Cons: Bed not comfortable... Very bright lights bathroom
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Luxurious facilities, super friendly and attentive staff and lovely food.the attention to detail was excellent and the fact that the hotel was dog friendly was a huge bonus.
Cons: Bar prices were very steep.
6.3 Good
Pros: Staf and service in main house
Cons: The services between the main house and spa are completely disconnected and appear as separate business and not one hotel/spa. The food in the brassiere was really nice but the service was completely comical and really let the chef down. Mixed up orders, forgetting to bring part of orders, no idea what the waiter was saying and an offer of a sweet and then no one returned
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Well kept clean beautiful setting
Cons: We were in a separate building but would book the main Manor House next time
6.7 Good
Cons: Dated facilities
7.5 Good
Cons: Charged extra for room because we had a dog +£50 extra but had warned them of this ,they said room they had allocated wasn't big enough for dog.. Lovely place ,very good breakfast..Only downside.

Pros: This is a really well situated and appointed hotel very near the centre of Leamington. You can walk from the station in about 15 minutes. Breakfasts are excellent and the rooms clean and well kept.
Cons: I found the Wifi coverage a bit patchy away from the central parts of the building.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Full English breakfast was the highlight for me and set me up for the day ahead.
Cons: Rather than leave this question unanswered, the only thing I could find wrong was the breakfast tables could be a little higher.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast excellent. Staff very courteous. Room very comfortable.
Cons: Shower curtain was clinging to me. Needs moving over. Internet dropped out often.
7.9 Good
Pros: GOOD BREAKFAST
Cons: bath was badly chipped!!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Comfortable single room except, I would prefer option of one sheet on bed, as I find duvet is too hot! Location next to busy road is unfortunate as traffic noise is high, and if all ventilation apertures are closed to reduce this, then, there is no ventilation.
7.5 Good
Pros: breakfast was beautiful
Cons: decor was a bit dated, shower wasn't great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Can't say anything negative about the Lansdowne. Lovely experience and lovely breakfast also.

Cons: Nothing!
7.5 Good
Pros: Large comfortable bed. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Spacious room with comfortable armchairs to relax in. Good free WiFi. Enjoyable full English breakfast.
Cons: The room was dusty! All tops were dusty and the dressing table mirror in particular was very dusty. I realise some dust will come in from open window but not to cover the mirror. I dusted most but left the mirror for them to see!! . The TV didn’t have all Freeview channels, despite there being a Sky controller available. Cooked breakfast would be better if served on larger plates as the full English breakfast was cramped and not laid out appealingly. - although very nice to eat.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Welcoming owner- always good! Old listed building, full of character, spacious room (Pine Room). Good shower. Really comfortable bed and great pillows (didn’t get too hot!) Good freshly cooked breakfast.
Cons: It was darkish but you can’t have modern bright lights in a period property. It was however cool which was lovely

Pros: Tachbrook Mallery is a Majestic old house, set in Stunning surroundings. Infact, described by my nephew as being like the house in The Lion , The Witch and The Wardrobe. With something Beautiful and fascinating to look at, at every turn. We stayed up in the attic room which, once your up the Little staircase is vast! Ideal for our party of three. It is equally as Charming as the rest of the house. And the Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed staying here and our Host was most accomodating.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Huge comfy bed, cosy armchairs, spacious room. Lovely enormous bath.

Pros: Room was huge, well heated, bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic

Pros: When the iron/ironing board on our floor was being used, the staff quickly found an alternative & delivered to our room Great selection of food for breakfast. Although it wasn't clear that we could pick whether we wanted cooked breakfast or just scrambled eggs on toast for example - staff didn't communicate this. Cons: Breakfast time was quite limited. A later breakfast on the weekends would be preferable eg finish at 10.30 not 9am. The TV remote needs a good clean :(

Pros: The breakfast was very good. The staff helpful and friendly. The location very convenient and central
Cons: Our room was very noisy.....the music from the bar was more audible in our room than it was in the bar.....and the traffic noise was also extremely disturbing. If I stayed here again I would insist I was placed anywhere but room 1.....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: excellent breakfast, comfortable room, helpful staff
Cons: car park is too restrictive and tight
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were very comfortable but the taps in the bathroom were difficult to manage for elderly guests we thought.
Cons: Nothing - apart from the awkward taps everything was lovely and the staff were exceptional, restaurant food and the restaurant staff were delightful.
7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was very nice. The choices good and plentiful. Service from staff was good and pleasant. Bed comfortable.
Cons: Bathroom needs a bit more attention! Taps, particularly in the bath, were almost too tight to undo for water. The shower head may or may not be leaking as it was so difficult to turn off. Scratches on the wardrobe in the bedroom, should be taken care of.unsightly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was really good. Rooms really clean and tidy with comfortable beds.
Cons: Not enough directions of room numbers leading to rooms
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They really did go all out to help you. The bedroom was a nice size, the bed was very comfortable. A bit noisy with the windows open but then I live on a main road so it didn’t really bother me. The food was excellent, both breakfast and evening meal. I don’t know what they do to their roast potatoes but they were absolutely lush, had them both nights. My husband had the ribeye steak and said it was perfect.
Cons: The bedroom furniture was a bit dated, this was the only thing we have to say that we didn’t like, it then it wouldn’t stop us going back there again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, very central. Also it’s a clean and comfortable place to stay in.

6.7 Good
Pros: Good location. Good sized bed and decent bed linen and bathroom.
Cons: Filthy window in the bedroom. Not able to get a cup of tea made for us anywhere in the afternoon despite lovely places to sit outside. One bar was closed and the other told us we could make it ourselves from a drunks dispenser- no Earl Grey Tea, chunky mugs, fine fo a conference venue but not great for a couple of people who wanted a nice cup of tea outside

5.0 Okay
Pros: Room was clean
Cons: The room tiny, no water in the room, bar had limited selection and way over priced for the standard of food. The room felt like a dorm room and was priced at £100 a night which is way over priced for the size and what you get which basically is nothing. 1 towel, no drinking water, shower was barely warm and bed was nearly a double and this filled the room. Will not stay again the pictures of the building look lovely don’t be fooled behind the building it’s just a corporate hotel setup for a local car manufacturer.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good. I asked for poached eggs and got them quickly. fast , courteous service
Cons: I would just prefer to be sleeping in the same building as my meals and meeting. It's just the convenience when it's cold , wet weather (despite the fact that they provide umbrellas which is very thoughtful)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Bar food was tasty and good value. Breakfast also good. Room clean and staff friendly and helpful.
Cons: We had an issue with our shower which they responded to straight away. I wouldn't say the bed was the most comfortable bit hard for me. We would have liked to eat in the restaurant but they weren't taking more bookings.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I could not rate this hotel more. The staff were fantastic the food was fantastic my room was fantastic. I work away most weeks and will definitely stay here again. Thank you again to all the staff.

Pros: Location was excellent for my company visit. Facilities excellent.
Cons: All ok.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: To order what I wanted on the day was know trouble for the Kitchen. To have the chance to have a walk around the grounds in piece and quiet made the stay.
Cons: To see a kitchen garden growing your own Veg for in season choice on the menu would be good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful landscaped garden, upmarket campus style buildings with separate buildings and covered walkways. Great staff. Room in the old quad was perfect, spacious, quiet, comfortable, everything worked. Lots of facilities available. First time staying here, but liked it so much I booked for the next night too.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Second night here. It's a very good hotel, but this room (modern, fairly anonymous conference centre style) was a bit of a let down after the wonderful Old Quad room of the previous night.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast and friendly staff
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good choice for breakfast in clean & modern surroundings. Room was very good value for the price paid. Reception & bar staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Pros: Breakfast is normally really good, tasty ingredients every time and a lovely setting to eat. The bar is modern and a good place to relax if you are in for the evening. Its so close to town a small walk gets you to a multitude of bars and restaurants, the beds are comfortable for a good nights sleep.
Cons: I have stayed for over 10 years on and off and it has always been a favorite of mine however recently a couple of the rooms have become tired despite advertising that they have been refurbished. I experienced a new carpet and curtains but old chipped room furniture, dirty walls and poor paint finish. Some beds have 4 poster and each room normally well designed i just hope that the room i was in is mid way through its refurb as i don't want to think one of my favourite hotels in Leamington may be relaxing its standard.
7.5 Good
Pros: Well located, nice bar and breakfast
Cons: Bathroom was very small
5.8 Okay
Pros: Great location close to town. Comfy bed.
Cons: Plastic water bottles in room. Really small TV in room. No tea pots for breakfast, 'make your tea in a cup' not great sorry!

7.5 Good
Pros: Hotel is currently going through alot of refurbishment work, what can be seen looks great. The property alerts you of this before arrival and the staff are very friendly and on hand to help with any queries or problems. The cooked breakfast is highly reconvened with a great selection..
Cons: The view from the room window was of a white wall.. so no view. This was supposedly a superior room but very small in size.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great service excellent price friendly staff good parking.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Refurbishment was occuring throughout the hotel for which we were given no notice. The central heating was set to boiling (maybe to dry wet paint) but this made it very uncomfortable and almost impossible to sleep. Our bedroom window was obscured by scaffolding restricting the opening of the window so could not easily dissipate the heat. There was no hot water so showers were freezing! Most uncomfortable the hotel should not have been open.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly.Bedding and towels nice and white. Mirrored units clean.
Cons: Looked derelict outside. Shaver socket and light not working.Shower curtain too short so water escaping onto the floor which sloped towards bedroom floor.Thick dirt on top of radiators.Hairs and fluff bathroom floor.Only one bedside table for double bed, and the lamp not working. Main bedroom light not working and wall light not working. Only one light on table by tv working which you would have to turn off to plug in kettle cable (which was not long enough) if you were watching tv. No window catch to secure sash window so it could be opened from outside which would not be so worrying if the scaffolding was not there. Lining of curtain badly ripped. Large dent in wall .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly and extremely helpful.
Cons: Great value for money.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel well appointed in the public areas, friendly staff.
Cons: Door key was very intermittent, sometimes the lock wouldn’t detect the key for five or six attempts and on one occasion I had to ask reception to recode the key. The door was also very stiff to open requiring a hefty shove.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Awful place, room smelt of radiator oil, not a very plesent stay. breakfast below average.
7.1 Good
Pros: Difficult to say as undergoing refurbishment with scaffold up
Cons: When getting into our room two builders outside the window
7.0 Good
Pros: Clean, comfortable, spacious room. The Falstaff hotel staff were friendly, and extremely helpful when I was making the booking.
Cons: The water didn’t get very hot - only tepid. A lot of improvement work is going on, and this seems to be causing an issue with the hot water.

Pros: Location is great. It was really warm and clean.
Cons: Bed was super uncomfortable - lots of springs jabbing into my ribs! No chair in the room so difficult to work on my computer.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location is good, and it's cheap, warm and cosy. I managed to hole up for a couple of days working away so stayed in my room during the day writing up reports. It was perfectly fine for this.
Cons: A little noisy (on the street)

Cons: There was nothing to dislike
6.7 Good
Pros: Really warm and cosy
Cons: Very very noisy on the street outside the hotel late into the night and then with deliveries starting at 04:30. Ear plugs are a must if you are in a front-facing room!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very helpfull staff
Cons: Na
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The location was ideal for getting around Leamington Spa. The restaurant next door was convenient.
Cons: Without a lift, it made getting (heavy) luggage up and down the stairs challenging. While the facilities were simple as expected, the floor in the bathroom has a worrisome “soft spot” near the toilet.
7.9 Good
Cons: Noise. The bar downstairs (or some other bar nearby) was playing loud house music until at least midnight on the 24 September 2019 (a rap concert took place the night before that). I felt like I was sleeping on a dancefloor.
