Pros: All was excellent except for the parking as I was pulling a trailer.
Cons: Parking was crowded, but good for cars.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good. Location good except that it is on 35W which is being redone but very convenient to where we were going.
Cons: One of the shower doors was not on track. Possible safety issue? It made me wonder if the housekeeper had actually cleaned the shower area as she should have or she/he would have known the door was not on track?
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Complimentary reception when you check in
Cons: Cleaning
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was marvelous. The room was terrific. The staff (particularly the blond breakfast server) was extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons: Wish you had the Golf Channel!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great space in the room, fabulous bed, spotlessly clean. Add to that the fact that the property is easy to get to and has lots of parking!
Cons: Our particular room (number ending in 02) shared a wall with the elevator. Those types of intermittent noises can really wreck a night of sleep. On our second night, we ran the temperature control fan on high as a white noise and slept better.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice area
Cons: To close to the road

Pros: It was near the highway so easy access for traveling. The outdoor facilities had grills and basketball court to keep people entertained and the rooms were spacious.
Cons: The location was not near anything fun for kids. Also they didn't have many supplies for cleaning in the kitchen. The outdoor facilities were not kept clean as well.

Pros: Breakfast excellent .food was hot and plenty of it.
Cons: Outside building concrete could use power wash.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great facility. I don't ever sleep decent at hotels; here I woke up the next morning and realized I slept the entire night. Didn't hear a single sound from the hallway; no doors banging, no people being noisy; etc. The bed was comfortable beyond words! I was a bit concerned about the location when I booked; as we haven't stayed that far north in the cities metro area before. Don't be concerned; it didn't take us long to get to our multiple destinations during the weekend. Breakfast was adequate; coffee was very tasty.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great, easily one of the best hotel breakfasts. The whole place is pretty spectacular, free bike rentals for the bike trails, free cookies in the lobby, board games if you want to play something, snacks in the lobby if you get peckish. They've even got a water slide that's pretty intense at their pool.
Cons: Honestly the only thing I didn't like was the toilet paper. It's environmentally conscious 100% recycled paper. While I definitely appreciate trying to save the environment, it also feels extremely rough and unpleasant to use. Maybe they could get non-recycled paper from sustainably farmed trees? Still saving the environment but not also feeling like sand paper?
7.0 Good
Pros: Staff was very friendly. The rooms was clean. The breakfast was ok. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We basically had it to our self til we got ready to go.
Cons: The beds was a little to soft for me . The bathroom was small
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good. The selections were limited (sausage one morning..no bacon). We had to check out very early the last morning (well before breakfast) and were offered some breakfast. That was really nice.
Cons: I think everything was great. No complaints. Convenient location.
6.0 Good
Pros: i found it to be overpriced for room i had
Cons: overpriced bad location

Pros: We had quite an issue in the very early hours of the morning with a very disruptive group of people. The one woman who was at the desk that night finally got this group to settle down. But I had to make numerous phone calls for her to be able to act. She was all alone in the entire hotel. No other staff to help her. The manager the next morning offered to put us on a different floor, which we did do, and he compensated us with dinner in their restaurant that night. So that was very nice. But this episode was unexpected in a more “higher quality” hotel and at higher prices as well.

Cons: I had no complaints
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean hotel, cozy, good value.
Cons: This is not a bad thing but if you’re looking for a quiet get away, especially on weekends, it is not the best place. This is a family friendly hotel with a bar/restaurant attached to it right next to the hotel.

Pros: Very clean rooms and lobby. The restaurant was delicious and I loved that it was attached to the room.
Cons: No complimentary breakfast. The hot tub jets weren’t working but hot tub wasn’t still very warm and relaxing.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Front desk attendant was very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and spacious, and very well maintained. Had fridge, microwave, coffee maker.
Cons: Unfortunately it REEKED of chlorine because they put me in a room connected to the pool, which I wasn't told about. That and the noise from the pool that went on PAST pool hours was right inside my bedroom, and I accumulated a migraine quickly. Five hours of loud, echoing screams and voices from the pool, right inside my bedroom. The ONLY thing I had requested a quiet room, and this was the opposite. The chlorine smell burned my throat and I developed a rash on my legs, as there was so much in the air. (I have an allergy). Barely got any sleep, and felt completely sick with a throbbing headache in the morning. This was very disappointing, as I had finished 12 hours of outdoor labor and just wanted a quiet evening of rest and a good night's sleep. I paid over $130 to NOT get sleep and become ill and even more stressed out.
5.5 Okay

Cons: We couldn't get into our room due to issues with the keys. So we were placed in another room. That room appeared to be very accommodating, clean and comfortable until we got into the bathroom and noticed "poo" on the whole front of the toilet....YUCK!

Pros: seemed clean enough and quiet for the short time we were there. We were able to check in early which was wonderful!
Cons: Even though there were only two of us and we only needed one bed, the room felt rather cramped and crowded. breakfast was in a very small, rather crowded area and the selection was very basic.
6.8 Good

Cons: The room was stuffy and too small.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location for shopping and dining. Close to city but not in city.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast included standard breakfast fare from fruit to cereal to bagels, English muffins, small Danish to pancakes and several hot selections including biscuits and gravy or eggs and sausage patties. Juices, milk and coffee choices were all maintained at the proper temperatures. There were sufficient tables and seating for the number guests at the time. Staff was efficient in refilling selections and cleaning tables.
Cons: Very minor maintenance items primarily in our room. Gaps in the caulking around the tub and shower. An open electrical box high on the wall that was most likely from a smoke detector installation. A functioning smoke detector was located on another wall. Bathroom was small but adequate.
6.0 Good
Pros: The staff was so helpful and knowledgable about the hotel
Cons: The location was a little hard to find. That is all
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Nobody at desk when I got there. Got to my room door, which was on the third floor and at the very end of the hall and didn't have a key in my folder, so I had to go back down to desk and the clerk was not there again. Then she made it sound like I lost the key card----which I looked for all the way back to the desk. There was a key laying on the desk, so I knew she just forgot to put it in the little folder.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were there for 1 night. The staff was helpful and cheerful. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The continental breakfast was very good and had a wide variety to choose from. The location of the hotel is easy to find and is located by restaurants and shopping.

7.5 Good
Pros: the staff was quick to respond - brought box fan after staff sprayed lacquer and the hallways and room were unbreathable air !
Cons: the beds were so high you had to climb in - my mom is 90 and only 5’2” - she had to use a shower bench to climb into bed
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great.
Cons: The abandoned Perkins restaurant next door. Their weed infested - window boarded-up property downgrades your property.

Cons: I think this could have been a really great place to stay however someone was slamming doors all night, kids were running the halls & I felt I could have got more rest by sleeping in my car. When I checked out the next morning & was asked how everything was I told the gentleman at the front desk & he said nothing in return.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!
Cons: Nothing!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I had what could only be described as an 'eventful' day that at the end of it I found myself needing a place to stay because my tent was ruined. I found Hilton Garden Inn St. Paul and booked a room. When I got there the reception I got from the lady at the front desk was amazing, sure she had to be nice, but she genuinely cared and listened. She got me into my room, told me about all the options and wished me a better end to my day. I had supper at the hotel's bar and grill. Super good burger, generous size for what I paid. The bartender was amazing. She went out of her way to find me root beer. She didn't find any, but she sure tried. My room was a King room. Much bigger than I really needed, but it was nice. Bed was super comfortable, sheets were nice and fresh. The towels in the bathroom were extremely soft as well. My room, even with a girls soccer team staying the same night at the hotel, was very quiet and the blinds kept it nice and dark. A nice relaxing night, which was much needed based on my day. In the morning I opted for the hotel breakfast which was amazing. So many options for the buffet and even a cooked to order option as well. It was crazy how much stuff was there. The breakfast staff were also extremely nice and polite asking if I needed anything. I've never seen that level of service at a buffet style hotel breakfast before. When it was time to check-out the man at the front desk was equally as nice. Asked about how everything went, if he could help with anything. I went into this hotel at the end of what could be described as a bad day. I left the next day with a smile on my face and hope for humanity. There truly all good people left in the world. maybe they all work here, but I'll take it. All to often in today's world we only hear about the bad stuff. I think it's important to make sure everyone hears about the good as well. My experience with this hotel, on this night was nothing short of amazing.
Cons: does saying that I had to leave count? Because if it does, that that would certainly be it.
6.8 Good
Pros: Check in went quick
Cons: The water bottles were not very welcoming when it states you will be charged $2 if your not a diamond, gold or silver member. Asked for a bit longer on check out in the morning and was denied. Finished getting ready in my car. Breakfast was pricey and was very bland. Coffee pot in lobby should have a sign indicating it was complimentary.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Free parking
Cons: Bathroom smelled like a dirty or sour mop was used to clean it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, staff were helpful and friendly, great location and breakfast was very good. Will stay again!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked that there are fast-food restaurants across from the hotel. The restaurants closed pretty late too, so it is easy to go grab some food from across the hotel.
Cons: Our sheet had a brown stain on it but it wasn't a big deal so we didn't make the staff bring us a new one. The other thing I didn't like about this hotel is the water from the faucet are slippery. Before using soap, it is okay but after soap, it's not.

Pros: Beds were excellent as was the complementary breakfast.
Cons: Bigger pool towels
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Every thing was great with the exception of my bed. It was a little too hard for me but I am sure most people would like it that way. Its hard to please everyone. Love the location!!
7.0 Good
Pros: Was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The sink drained very slow and the tub drain cover was broken. The breakfast was alright but the plastic utensils were flimsy. They had biscuits and gravy but you couldn't cut the biscuits with the plastic knife or pierce them with the fork as they were flimsy and would bend.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very open and comfy.
Cons: The book needs to be updated in the room.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Every single thing at this hotel was amazing!!!! The pool was just the right temperature, the hot tub was just as hot as it needed to be. The slide my kids loved and so did I. I can say enough good things about this hotel. I hope I get a chance to stay here again. A most wonderful experience!!!!!!!
7.0 Good
Pros: Rooms were clean and comfortable. We just needed a place to sleep during Final Four weekend and this was just fine. It’s not located close to downtown and Uber was expensive, but savings on the room more than covered the expense.
Cons: You could hear the neighbors and traffic in the hall. Rooms are not very sound proof.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff
Cons: Not enough variety for breakfast
6.3 Good
Pros: Hot breakfast and choices. Also ability to use lobby area for family get-together.
Cons: Plumbing noise was ridiculous. Asked for facilities for 3 and was given a jacuzzi suite. If they can't fix the plumbing noise, then don't rent it.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff, pool area, bar, restaurant, breakfast (very lean, and server was very friendly). Met the owner, he was cleaning the pool area. He sat with us for about 1/2 hour. Great guy.
Cons: The price was higher than what I am used to paying, but it may have been the area. Everything is expensive in that area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms.
Cons: No.
6.3 Good
Pros: Restaurants where close.
Cons: Rooms where ok for the price. Breakfast was not that great lots of stuff was not work or no one tending to what was properly turned on or food stocked to eat.

Pros: Clean. Hotel is nice.
Cons: Checking in was tough. Front desk staff was sonewhat rude. The key machine was down so an attendant had to be called each time you wanted your door open. The hotel is nice but NO extras. Breakfast is pricey at $19 per person and absolutely one eats there. The restaurant was completely empty. They didnt bother to refresh the room on the second day so no clean towels. Glasses. Cups. Coffee. Ice machine was down on our floor. The rude desk staff was just not ok and lack of anything extra was not worth the price. They also charge your card $50 per day for "incidentals" which should be refunded "in a few days"
5.8 Okay
Pros: The cleanliness of the property was great.
Cons: I didn’t like the fact that breakfast was not in the package with the room only if I paid more for my room would I have gotten free breakfast which I think is horrible. I brought my daughter there for her birthday celebration and was not happy. Also the customer service there was no good either. There were people waiting in lines to speak with someone. And only one person available. Just overall was no impressed.

Pros: the atrium was lovely, the soups in the restaurant were delicious, not the entre.
Cons: the key to the room did not work so we had to wait for an maintenance man to come - 1/2 hour to get into our room after we arrived. No apology or rate adjustment offered. However, the desk clerk was very responsive in trying to help.

Cons: There was not much to do in the area. There was no place close by to eat or find entertainment.

Pros: The room was very spacious
Cons: As much as you spend there it should have free shuttle to and from the airport. At least once or twice a day.

Cons: No continental breakfast
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Closeness to where we needed to be. Hotel was clean and well cared for.
Cons: yes, a data error @ the hotel made them think I was there for 1 day, so room did not get clean, and at 5pm a desk clerk came and tried to kick me and my 3 children out. After showing them my confirmation, I was allowed to stay...but the event was stressfl
