Room had a fridge and the heating and cooling system were quiet. The desk clerk was very nice.
Not a real exciting location. But, close enough to the metro to haul a suitcase (about seven blocks from Marques de Pombal).

No Free Shuttle and not close to airport at all
I booked this hotel as it said - close to airport and Shuttle service, which usually means free shuttle. Well, it wasn't free, had to be pre-arranged, and ended up doubling the cost of the hotel room to stay here one night, for taxi to and from the airport. and was like 30 minutes from the airport.
