Cons:
We were very disappointed that some crucial information is not shared with the customers. We were not informed that every kilometre has an additional fee. We were renting a car just for one day and the overall price ended up being twice as much from what was promised on the day we picked up the car.6.8 Okay

The staff seemed annoyed when asked to assist on driving the car from its parked location in the garage which seems obstructed by another rental vehicle. Car was an automatic, but it was not explained that the car can also be placed in a manual mode. In the USA a car is either one or the other. Ok4.0 Mediocre

Car was great! Clean and very modern with all the latest security features.Cons:
At the pick up station they didn't check the car for damage. The place was dark and I didn't realize that it had a huge scratch. I had a hard time explaining the whole situation at the drop off location and had a lot of stress on my first vacation day due to that.Avis

Pros:
I waited 2 hours at the counter waiting for my turn to process my previously made reservation and pick up my car until I finally could not wait any longer (hungry, thirsty, and tired after a long flight) and had to call a relative to pick me up at the airport.Cons:
More staff, better customer service, at least a waiting lounge with snacks and water. Or get out of the business and do something else.7.2 Good

Pros:
Staff was great. Difficult to find drop off, as the GPS sent me to a different place. After going around in a circle twice, finally just drove to the terminal and looked for a "rental car" sign. Suggest that all rented GPS have the proper drop off point in the future.Cons:
The van advertised said it was big enough for 7 people and their luggage. The van at pickup was fine to seat 7 people, but had almost zero room for luggage. Had to go up a class, and it was nearly twice the price. Wish I had know this upfront.SURPRICE CAR RENTAL

He staff members were competent and professional.Cons:
The original car supplied was smaller than expected for the category. I had to upgrade to fit people/luggage and the upgrade cost was almost as much as the original rental. However, the upgrade was minimally larger and definitely not worth double the cost. That situation was/is infuriating.Europcar

It felt a bit like a scam charging me €100 for a small scratch on the hub cap which was probably not my doing. The guy was a bit too quick to catch it. Also have not received necessary documents for my insurance claim yet.4.8 Mediocre

Strong smell of smoke. Pretty beat up with the driver side mirror falling apart. Car ran like a toy and felt like it was barely holding the road at times. Not surprising as it had over 60k kms on it.6.4 Okay
