All the rooms are finished and the earlier complaints about the horrible construction noise is no longer an issue. I think they are still working on the lobby in parts, but did not bother me at all. Very pretty room, loved the decor. I got a discount price for booking during their construction I guess, and lucked out, for there is no construction, so price was very fair. Parking garage/valet is 22.00 a night, which is steep, but I used it because I wanted to feel safe and it does that. High price for parking, 22.00 a night is pretty high for Arkansas, and wow! Marriott is cleaning up on that one. ha!
Searched dates did not coincide with dates reserved. My room was given away.
The hotel has been completely redone and you can tell. The rooms are large and well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer. No complaints
I liked the elegance of the place. Made me feel fancy. I didn't like the extra money I spent on things that I felt should have been standard. I should have saved my money and stayed at a cheaper place that provided things such as parking and a microwave/fridge. While I enjoyed the view I don't feel that I should have had to pay additional money for it or parking. All in all it was too expensive for the level of elegance they were selling as standard.
I loved the location to the river market district. We were able to walk to the bars and restaurants that we wanted to visit. We were on the 19th floor of the hotel so we had a great view of downtown Little Rock I booked a "deluxe room" for approx. $170 per night, which isn't insanely high, but I definitely could have found better rates at comparable hotels in the area. When I got to the room it was VERY small, and had 2 DOUBLE beds. I called the front desk and confirmed that this was in fact a "deluxe" room and they said yes. I asked if I could pay to upgrade to a room with 2 queen beds, since there were 4 adults in the group, and they said that double beds were the largest beds they had on property for rooms with 2 beds. That was very disappointing considering I can go to a Holiday Inn Express and get a room with 2 queen beds for $50 cheaper per night. Also, the room did not have a microwave or refrigerator. All of the above are things that come standard in most hotels that are significantly cheaper. For the amount of money that we paid, I was not satisfied with the value.

This hotel is located in a great location, within walking distance of many restaurants and clubs. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable with an outstanding view of the riverfront. The restaurant and bar have good food as well. It is definitely a great choice for Little Rock getaways or business. Parking and breakfast should be included with the rooms at the price charged.

I liked that it was quite. secluded. The floor with the pool, fourth floor I believe smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking area and we had to get moved up to the 8th floor. And we were given the lounge privileges for our inconvenience but the lounge was closed. We only stayed one night so that was useless. The beds were smaller than what was photographed on the website. Misleading. The parking garage staff is very rude! Very Unprofessional. I suggest hiring new people to say good bye to your tenants.

Great location! We were able to have a great night a restaurants and bars without going more than a mile from the hotel. The rooms are large and clean. The hotel seems almost unfinished, the only available parking is an additional charge to the room. It could use some updating.
It gave a great view of the city and was located right by the river market area giving easy access to restaurants and bars. The room was amazing, a lot better than its competition in the area, it was spacious with a comfortable bed. The building is currently under some construction but it causes no issues for customers. The only thing I would change about the rooms is the lighting inside the room was just ok. Unless you get the valet parking which costs $22 a night, then expect to have to walk quite a few blocks for parking during high traffic hours.
Bed was comfortable Shower was horrible... Water jets all clogged. Advised front desk... She did nothing. No apology, no adjustment offered. I didn't ask or demand either. Parking additional charge and wasn't connected to the hotel. Had to drive around the other side of the block. Not convenient.

Nothing Everything. Dirtiest hotel I've experienced, with stains on rugs, an unclean shower, and reeking off smoke in non smoking rooms. Don't stay here.
Wifi works. Not too expensive. Place isn't clean and needs updates beyond a flat screen tv in the room.

Location The room was dirty. There was toothpaste on the bathroom counter and mold in the shower. There was no complimentary coffee downstairs and the "Starbucks" was closed. The front desk guy couldn't tell us anywhere open to go.
The river market is beautiful. The hotel was a bit uncomfortable. The TV and Internet were terrible.
i just want to say my stay was wonderful. We had the best service and all the staff was wonderful.
The location and staff were great! The room was nice and clean with a great view of downtown LR.
The location provides convenient access to restaurants, interstate system and businesses. The architecture and layout of building is quaint. The fitness center is a nice convenience. The morning attendant day two greeted me on the way out. Main issue was there was no remote in the room upon arrival. I had to go to the desk myself to get one. Two of the three lights in the room didn't work. I reported it night one. Upon my return for night two, only one light had been made functional. This is more a reflection of staff than facilities in my opinion. The bathroom had no counter space--something could be done that still meets the quaintness of the room.
We had these reservations scheduled since September 2016. I have a confirmation number from the hotel. They called 2 weeks before our event to inform us that they would not be able to honor the reservations. The didn't offer to assist with reservations elsewhere. Basically they said, "Too Bad". This was the weekend of the Little Rock Marathon (hence the early reservations). We were very luck to find another place to stay but it cost us almost double what our confirmed price was at the Legacy. :(
Stayed for a weekend while I was in town for a wedding. Since I was short on funding for the trip I chose the Legacy based it's competitive price and location (it's right in the middle of downtown Little Rock, although downtown isn't very large) Other reviews led me to believe the hotel would be a tad run down, however I accepted the risk and booked anyways. The Hotel does show it's age, however it does have that old-timey charm that makes places like this a "boutique hotel". My room was in good shape, clean, and free of defects like peeling wallpaper, missing lightbulbs and leaky faucets. Also had a microwave and fridge, a nice little luxury for the cheapest room in the place. The lobby seemed well decorated to illustrate the hotel's past and the staff at the front were most friendly and helpful. It's not the Ritz, but much more homely and welcoming than a Motel 6. Overall a good Value. Would absolutely reccomend if you need a cheap place to stay in Littke Rock.
Knowing the rich history made my stay a pleasure. The patina that comes with age is irreplaceable. Reminiscent of European boutique hotels. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect.
Love the history of the hotel. Lobby is beautiful! Location is amazing! And you couldn't ask for muxh more for the price. Will probably always be our choice hotel in Little Rock. The staff is always very nice. Needs some major updates. Even if they don't have the money for updates it needs to be kept cleaner. And simple things like the stair railing need to be fixed. If it was kept cleaner it would come off a lot nicer.

The hotel has character and ambiance. The lobby is beautiful and my room was well appointed. The staff was helpful and friendly. I absolutely loved the food served in Filibuster's (the bar/restaurant). It was phenomenal! The staff freshly prepared the dishes from original recipes. Truly a wonderful experience!!! There were only two issues that, one of which was addressed immediately. The toilet in my room would not flush -- maintenance arrived quickly and corrected the problem. The other issue is that the main areas of the hotel were not adequately air conditioned. It was about 90 degrees during the day and the hotel lobby and restaurant/bar were uncomfortably warm. However, the air conditioning in my room worked very well!

I liked how quiet and charming the hotel was. It was clean but outdated, however I didn't choose to stay there because of the decor. There are not any amenities. No ice machine, breakfast, etc. But they do supply a larger mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine. So if you plan to stay there any length of time, take your own snacks, etc. The parking lot is not secured, however I never felt threatened or concerned & I didn't have to pay absorbent parking fees.
It's in a convenient location downtown. It's close to many places that you may be going to in Little Rock. This time, we were going to a concert at the Verizon Arena. It's also not far from the Clinton Museum and the Riverfront area. This was my second time that I stayed here. The first time, I stayed with a friend. She and I didn't think too highly of it. However, it wasn't awful. I was coming back with my husband and his mom for a concert. I wanted a good deal, so I knew it wouldn't be the nicest place to stay at, but I didn't think it would be so bad. However, I realized that I wouldn't stay there again, and I regretted booking it since I had my husband and his mom with me. First, our room was not ready even though it was a little after 3 p.m. when we checked in. However, they gave us one of their apartments instead, which had two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Secondly, my husband was very disturbed by the carpet that had wax melted on it and lint and things, as if it had not been vacuumed. The most upsetting thing was that the air in our bedroom with a king bed was not working. It was making noise but you couldn't feel cold air. We called the front office. They said they were sending someone. We had to leave for dinner and the concert, so we're not sure if they came to look at it. However, it was not any better when we got back around 10:00 p.m. Third, the bed was not very comfortable. Fourth, which I knew from my first stay, the breakfast is lacking. It had the basics: two choices of mini muffins, only white bread, about 4 cereals, and some not-too-tasty-looking oranges and apples.
The only thing to like about this entire experience was the staff member who changed our room at 3 a.m., and the understanding front desk woman who had to process our refund the next day. The hotel is filthy and smells terrible. But at 3 a.m. when you find that your hotel bed sheets and pillows are covered in bed bugs, there is nothing worse. We were packed and standing in the hall 3 minutes later, and had it not been 3 a.m. in downtown Little Rock we would have left or slept in our car. That same morning, I booked a different hotel for the rest of our stay and went to the front desk to get a refund. Not only did the owner try to tell me they weren't giving me a refund for that night, but the laundry guy tried to tell us that all hotels have bugs and that maybe they had already sprayed and the bugs just weren't dead yet. It was a completely horrible experience. Just thankful we booked through Priceline and we were able to call them and get a refund processed.
The location is good. I reserved and paid in advance for a room with two beds. I get there and it has one bed. Also, the air conditioning doesn't work. They moved my family to another room with working air conditioning, but we had to have a roll-away bed for the child. It is very inconvenient to had a bed in the middle of a room where it is not intended. The desk clerk brought me my new room key and didn't even say a word. She just handed it to me and walked off. The large tub in the room had dirt in the bottom of it and a cockroach on the edge of the tub. The first morning of our stay, room service did a poor job of making the bed. My four-year-old could probably have done better. The second day, when we arrived at the room at 3:00 P.M., the room had not even been made up. I went to the desk and the clerk said they just hadn't gotten to it yet. I said it was a little late now because we were in for the evening. I had to ask for clean towels. I've stayed here before and it wasn't great, but it wasn't bad. Now, however, the Legacy hotel is very poorly managed and run. I will not be staying there again.
Bed was comfortable, bathroom was very large with a nice sized vanity for getting ready, small kitchenette was convenient, air confidtjoning and heat worked well and I didn't wake up with horrible sinus congestion like with older hotels. They do not have room service.

It's a rare moment to have a hotel that presents itself just as the pictures dictate online. The Homewoods are one of the most relaxing hotels we have stayed in. Free breakfast is the best we've had. These hotels will be my 1st choice from now on!
Great downtown location. Parked when we arrived and didn't touch the car again until we left. Hotel was very clean with friendly staff, great breakfast both mornings. Would definitely stay here again!
It was very nicely kept and in perfect location. The kitchen we very nice as well. I didn't like the attitude of some of the staff. We spent almost $--- for our stay and would have liked better attitudes.

Really nice hotel, clean room, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Continental breakfast daily was nice, but my favorite amenity was the happy hour with free wine and beer in the evenings. Also nice fire pit near the pool that is actually lit at night. You have to pay for parking but it is covered and gated.
