The location made this place amazing, central to so much in London. The breakfast was good as well however our room was in the basement, very tiny bed and narrow hallways, no view except out to an area of fan/ac units. The shower was really nice on a high note and outside was cute curb appeal but inside the rooms lacked for the higher price we paid per night. For us the location was what we paid for.
Pros. Small,older boutique style in great proximity to Hyde park/Kensington Gardens. Quiet, , safe neighborhood.Near a bus stop. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small but adequate, clean, nothing fancy, carpet worn out. Very friendly, helpful staff.
Cons. A bit hard to find (need navigation). The "fitness room " in the basement was old and dingy. I would not use it.
