Pros (+) With the Marriott app, I was able to check in and be informed when our room was available. Then the next morning to check-out via my Marriott app. Very convenient having the app.
Cons (-) How I had to order more towels via my Marriott's app. Housekeeping should have known how many people were sharing the room. However, the towels were brought minutes later.
