When we picked up the car, one employee was complaining about another employee not being there on time. Before leaving I mentioned the rental was missing a hubcap, the employees said “yeah we know” as if this was normal. They stated that it’s ok to still rent if no “rim”..I could go on with more...3.6 Mediocre

Cons:
I’m still trying to get a breakdown of the bill. It was insanely more expensive than it should have been. AND the speedometer on the first car stopped working while i was driving. I had to go to the nearest enterprise and change out the car. While i was there they tried to blame scrapes on the roof from snow removal on me. I had been in possession of the car for less than 2 hours and it had not snowed. It was a really bad experience.Budget

Pros:
We rented an SUV for a large family vacation 6 hrs drive up north. We got a call at 8pm the night before stating that the SUV wasn't available and someone made a mistake. They offered us a sedan instead. We told them this was unacceptable, we have a sedan, it's not big enough. Then they tried to get us to pay $15 more per day for a larger SUV and refused to work with us. Only after calling corporate did they start being accommodating. The next morning I called to make sure everything was in order and got told by the girl on the other line she wasn't sure this was going to work out. She had to talk to her regional manager to make sure it was ok. She would call me back. After this we called corporate and canceled the car. My wife called Enterprise and they gave us the exact car we originally requested, for almost the same price, within 30 mins.Cons:
Lack of communication, lack of courtesy, laziness, lack of work ethic, inexperienced personnel and attempted embezzlement of extra funds.4.4 Okay

We were given a Mustang because they ran out of vehicles. That may sound like a nice upgrade but not when you are driving across the country during winter. I then tried to swap vehicles once I made it to my destination like they promised me I could. To confirm this I spent 45 minutes on the phone and was assured they had ample vehicles. Again I was let down because they were unsure what to do and was stuck with the Mustang on the way back.2.0 Mediocre
