The agent at pick up was the most efficient ever worked with. He checked in 3-4 customers in less than 10 minutes. Usually the paper work and upsells are cumbersome when you just want to get on the road.Cons:

Everett office was closed after the booking was made and National refused to honor the reservation at nearby rental locations. National never notified me of the closure and I only found out when I tried to call the office. A new booking with a different agency had to be made on short notice at thrice the cost. Extremely bad customer service!2.0 Poor
