Pros: Friendly staff, nice hotel. I like nice hotels and this is one.
Cons: Only noteworthy problem was that I found a pile of a previous guest's clothes in the closet. The pillows were kinda strangely designed and I'm not sure if it was comfortable because I was exhausted, but slept well.
Pros: Beautiful and comfortable accommodations.
Cons: Nothing. It was very nice.

Pros: I recently stayed here during the 2016 U.S. National Figure Skating Championships which took place in St. Paul.
This hotel is really nice, tucked neatly right off of I-94. Was easy to find and is in a quiet buisness park just outside the Minneapolis Metro area.
Check in was seamless (I used e-check in) and they had everything ready to go. Really nice staff at check in.
The rooms are very nice. Modern decor and very clean. I stayed on the south facing side (718) which meant no noise from the Interstate. My room was the two room suite but is really more like 4 rooms with a sleeping area, common area with sofa, kitchenette/mini-bar, and bathroom.
Everything was really clean and comfortable. The bed was heaven. Having the microwave and mini-fridge came in handy. The bathroom very spacious...plenty of towels. Lots of closet space and the floor was really quiet...never heard a peep.
The breakfast was delicious as well. Ate there most mornings. Made to order omlettes and everything else.
Attending an event in St. Paul I had been concerned I was staying a bit far away but the travel time to St. Paul was only about 15-20 minutes...super fast. Just get on I-94 till you get there. The hotel is really only about 7-10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. Very accessible.
I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The price was perfect as well. Really upscale stay without breaking the budget. All staff always with a smile and very friendly.
Pros: We stayed at this propertry a year or so ago for my sons wedding. This weekend was another event, the christening of his son at nearby
St. Anthony Village. We really appreciated the space, the managers reception, but especially the great breakfast.
Pros: The view from the seventh floor was wonderful, we were able to see the Minneapolis skyline and the Earle Brown Heritage Center. The trees were just starting to turn and it was simply beautiful.
The sound proofing was incredible. There were 200 hockey students staying the same weekend we were there, with some in the room next to us and we did not hear a peep from them when in our rooms. Could sometimes hear them when in the hallway, which didn't bother us at all, after all, they are kids.
Breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh food, which could not have been easy as the hotel was booked, on top of those 200 hockey students.
Overall a great experience and we think we have found our "home" away from home when we go to Minneapolis to visit family.
When you stay at Embassy Suites Minneapolis - North, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Target Field and Basilica of Saint Mary. Guests can visit the 24-hour fitness center for a workout or grab a bite to eat at Flying Spoons, which serves American cuisine. An indoor pool and a bar/lounge are other highlights, and rooms offer conveniences like sofa beds and refrigerators.
Pros: The staff is phenomenal! The bed was super comfy and the view from our room was very nice especially for a hotel
Cons: The hot tub jets weren't working
Pros: Lobby area and corridors were spacious and airy. Room numbers were well shown and easy to find.
Very good gym.
Cons: Uncomfortable beds. Horrible sheets. Poor room lighting. No eating places within reasonable distance of hotel. Driving 15-20 minutes at least to find anything reasonable or eat in hotel bar. Horrible area. Conference meetings in lobby area mean getting to parking it either dragging stuff down steps from lobby or walking around half the perimeter of hotel outside to get to vehicle.
Breakfast is over priced and no better than that at a Hampton Inn that you get free and this hotel charges over $15 including taxes for the privilege.
Bathroom cramped. Decor in rooms dated.
Plymouth Hotel's Patrons Host Events With Ease For Minneapolis business and leisure ventures alike
Cons: When we first arrived the bath fan light was burnt out and not fixed til tje next day. The air filter in the a/c unit hadnt been cleaned in months same as the bath fans. The toilet wouldnt flush toilet paper let alone solids. No one seemed to care.
Pros: All of our rooms had a sitting area separate from bedroom
Cons: Everything was great
Pros: Big room
Cons: Very dry in room
Pros: Breakfast was good and it was kept stocked even though there were so many people. Room was clean and spacious. I can't think of anything negative to say about my stay.
Pros: Very fast and friendly service. Pool and Jacuzzi were awesome, and I love how they had extra towels at the pool for us to use. Breakfast was amazing and the service from the employees during breakfast was amazing as well.
Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like. I will be returning again in the future.
Cons: Hallway's were a little chilly as was the first pool area. Hallways were also loud due to other guests
Pros: very clean, quite, and not very busy.
Cons: other carlson location have a better selection of food for breakfast,  at the front counter could have been a lot more help on the amenities that this place offers, did not like the shower set up lack of water pressure and very little hot water.
Pros: Very nice, modern, new room. Fitness room, 2 pools and great breakfast
Pros: Exceptionally clean, inviting and quiet in spite of being quite busy. The location is great. I will definitely stay here again.
Cons: Not a thing!
Pros: The cleanliness. All staff were very friendly.
Pros: Modern, clean, large room, a/c unit has constant fan option. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, well stocked, and something different each day.
Pros: The hot breakfat
Cons: The space between the tiles in the shower were peeling off in chunks

Pros: The hotel has lots of amenities. The weight room was nice. The breakfast was nice.
Cons: My room was strange. The bathroom was super old but the rest of the suite was new. The outlet in the bathroom kept blowing so I couldn't use it at all. The room had a musty smell to it. The cleanliness left a bit to be desired. It was not bad but I expect a higher level of cleanliness at a hotel. I am pretty sure I have hot tub rash from the pool
Cons: A junior football team was there and the kids were running all over the place liked they owned the hotel. Parents did nothing and management did nothing. Not worth $135 as I had a much better experience downtown for $111.
Pros: Free cookies at the service desk! Great breakfast options. Wonderful bike/walking path only 5 min from the motel - loved that!
Cons: Very loud motorcycles were revving their engines for 10-15 min. right outside the motel entrance between 2 - 3 am on 2 out of the 3 nights we were there. Woke us up, but hotel staff said they had no idea what we were talking about!!
Pros: Very nice rooms, clean, solid breakfast

Pros: Room was clean and comfortable, it had a mini fridge and microwave. Everything in the room was in good working order and well maintained. Only stayed one night and arrived late so can't comment on the other facilities at the hotel.
Cons: The hotel was almost full and there was only one person that was available to check out guest.
Pros: Great breakfast.
Pros: Comfortable & Quiet- very nice.
Cons: only thing that bothered was a smell & sort of a 'fog' or something in the hallway. We weren't sure what it was?
Pros: Hotel was nice with a great breakfast included.
Cons: The beds are very uncomfortable and small for two people.
Pros: The breakfast was awesome. The pet courtyard was a nice feature.
Cons: Check in took almost 2 hours (due to being understaffed at peak times along with billing issues). Some areas of the hotel smelled musty. It's not the most convenient location.
The lady at the desk was very nice.
Pros: The room was great, comfortable bed.
Cons: The hallways felt stuffy and no a/c. But there is a/c in room. Was disappointed with the Continental Breakfast. A lot of the items were empty and only 1 waffle maker. We went somewhere else to eat.
Pros: Location was nice. Very close to food and shopping. Hot tube was big. Fridge in room.
Cons: The heater/ac in my room was really loud. Bed is very firm.
Keep up the good work. I'll stay again.
Pros: It has a lot of good things going for it. Location, attatached sports bar. It was good.
Pros: nice and quiet stay
Cons: I feel they could have given a better price on this room. The hotel wasn't even half full and I stay here very often.
The hotel was fine for what it was. Perhaps our room was less than par because we were put in a handicap-accessible room, which showed considerable wear.
Pros: The breakfast was great, except they promptly closed the doors at 10AM, even if there was a line of people waiting to eat.
Cons: The shower curtain was too short for the tub, so it would flutter during showers and water would get all over the bathroom floor. The carpet was worn, some of the towels were threadbare, and it always took several tries before our room key would work.
i appreciated the low fee for my dog. I would definately recommend this hotel for those on a budget. I'll stay there again
Pros: loved the marble counter in the bathroom! sliding glass door to the courtyard was great for my dog. Staff was so friendly
Cons: There were areas in the room that looked as if they hadn't been cleaned for a while. behind the night stand was really bad. I also wish the towels were larger. But I would rather have friendly staff and a courtyard over bigger towels.

Cons: Needs a hot tub in pool area
A more reasonable price breakfast for hotel guests
Pros: Location was great. Front desk staff was awesome!!!
Cons: Lights on the front of building shined in our room all night. Even with curtains drawn. House keeping did not leave towels 2 of the 4 days we stayed.
Pros: We were looking for a relatively nice and moderately priced hotel while on a last minute trip to Minneapolis from chicago for a long weekend. Not knowing anything about the city or the hotel in relation to everything, I booked The Minneapolis Blvd Hotel because it sat so close to a couple major freeways. Even though the hotel was a small trek from the sights, it was a very nice and very clean hotel. The stff was plesant and professional and the lobby was meticulous and styled very nicely. The rooms were nice sized, had great annenities and were also meticulously cleaned and invitingly warm and comfortable. I would definitely book this hotel again because of my purly positive experience.
Pros: Team and management are working to improve this hotel that I guess use to be a luxurious hotel in the past.
Cons: Bathrooms need some refresh
Pros: Room service was excellent, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Pool was pretty dingy and there is no staff monitoring the pool, so a group of rambunctious kids played with minimal supervision for an extended period of time.

Cons: Our room smelled funny, a bit mildewey. The lady at the front desk tried to give us stuff to neutralize the smell but it was always there.
Pros: Breakfast we pretty good
Cons: My room smelled so strongly of cigarettes and when I complained I was told it wasn't possible because I was in a nonsmoking room .. like hello people break rules. I had my DND sign out and yet every morning someone was banging on my door!
Pros: Clean, remodelled, fridge
Pros: The breakfast and, the staff was friendly.

Pros: The best thing I liked about this hotel was the fact that all the rooms hv a kitchenette.
Cons: I didn't like that I had to get the dishes at the front desk instead of the kichen being ready to go.
Pros: The BEST thing I liked was the manager, ! She was like a breath of fresh air when it cgfomes to customer service. She was extremely helpful and considerate, warm and welcoming.
Cons: She needs to get rid of her nasty attitude she has or get out of customer service jobs all together. Because bad customer service can break a company and good can make a company. She really makes the company look bad by her 'standoffish' ways.
Cons: Parking lot and entrance filled with smokers and hundreds of cigarette butts. Non guests hanging around and camping around parking lot area.
Pros: easy access trying to get away from there so bad of service, but great location for guest arriving into town for family or business
Cons: Stay there 5 nights room was never cleaned had to bring my dirty laundry to service desk to even get clean laundry🤔, staff not friendly and smoke out front. Need to for staff and get staff that care about customers service and people on vacation t
Pros: Pets were allowed for minimal fee.
Cons: The grounds surrounding the hotel were disgusting. It felt unsafe to be able to let my dog out in the grass.
Pros: The staff was friendly, until I called at 11:24 am on 5/26/17 and the young lady hung up on me and my credit card company.
Pros: The only reason I stayed here was because it was closer to my family. I came for a funeral.
Cons: I did not like the fact that there's no one at the desk to help you at night. People were waiting outside unsure of how to get in to check in.. We let them in. There should be someone behind the desk at all times looking to be be of service and not asleep
Cons: Not clean, very poor breakfast
Pros: IT FEELS MORE LIKE A HOME.
Cons: NO. I STAY HERE ALL THE TIME ITS LIKE A HOME AWAY FROM HOME.
Pros: The hotel night staff are very self centered and lazy
Pros: The room had a homey feel! It's smelt awesome and looked great ! The staff could have been a little nicer but other then that no complaints!
Cons: Not really !
Extended Stay America - Minneapolis - Brooklyn Center puts you within a 15-minute drive of Target Field and Basilica of Saint Mary. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast daily between 6 AM and 9:30 AM. Rooms feature kitchens and flat-screen TVs.
Cons: Room was dirty. Tough area due to security concerns.
Pros: Nothing. Experienced the worst customer service ever.
Cons: Had to wait 1 hour for check in. Was not allowed to Check in as one of the members (out of three member's) had a copy of the passport. No way to contact the manager and the person at the reception desk was very rude. had to call the company to cancel our reservation. Will never ever stay in this hotel.
Motel 6 Minneapolis - Brooklyn Center has easy access from the freeway. Located conveniently near the Metrodome and Target Field. Features include guest laundry and WiFi available in all modern rooms for $2.99 per 24 hours.
Pros: Nothing. Needs were uncomfortable. Then my stay turned into a nightmare.
Cons: The staff checked me in after giving my non-refundable booking confirmation number. Then in the morning they called me and told me that the room had not been paid. The manager asked me for my credit card to verify if the numbers were correct. I obliged him and asked him not to swipe my card again while I was on hold to get my online non refundable prepaid receipt faxed over. While on hold the jerk working overnight swiped my card, just after I handed it to him. I then told them that I just asked they not do that until the receipt faxed over and to immediately give me my card back. He refused. This guy proceeded to refuse to give me my card, then explain to me that even though he swiped it he wasn't billing me. Then, my stay got worse. This jerk threated go call the cops when I demanded my card back. Neither the night clerk, nor the day manager would return my card. Since they swiped it, I hung up calling the online booking company and canceled my card as stolen so these guys would not be able to double bill me. Then these jerks called the cops. The night clerk then told the cops that when I walked away to cancel my card that he tried to swipe it for $70, $60, $50, $40, & $30. Thank God I cancelled my card. The cops told them that no crime had been committed and thankfully the officers were nice to me. They forced him to return me my already cancelled card. Needless to say, this isn't my first bad experience at this hotel, but I sure will be my last.
