Pros: Sue’s breakfast are special- home made recipes. Easy to access the facility. Really nicely appointed. Mike and Sue are very friendly and we enjoyed the folks we had breakfast together.
Cons: The coffee was poor. Mike should invest in a modern coffee maker capable of producing strong coffee. Everything else was excellent.
Pros: The owner was very welcoming and helpful. The house was stunning and the location was very convenient to restaurants and the museum.
Pros: The owners, Susan and Mike are fabulous hosts. They were very attentive and made sure we were comfortable. We had breakfast with them and had great conversation.
Pros: It was close to restaurants, cafe's, etc. It was convenient to the interstate. Mike and Susan were gracious hosts.
Pros: The Collins House was immaculate. I truly felt like we were at a family members home or the home of good friends. The owners are genuine and welcoming and the breakfast was top quality. The owner's had breakfast with us and time flew. This was our first experience at a B&B and I'm so happy we chose Collins House. I highly recommend the Collins House. The pictures I posted do not do this home justice.
Pros: Nothing not to like! Best bed and breakfast ever!
Pros: Wow beautiful historic B&B. We loved it.
Cons: Pillows were hard but we didn’t ask for replacements. I’m sure they would have replaced them if we asked.
Pros: One of the best B&B's we have ever stayed at. The facilities were beautiful and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and extremely helpful. Very good and reasonable restaurants within two blocks. Many extras - bowl of chocolate candies in living room and multiple vvarieties of coffee available 24 hours a day.
Pros: We enjoy our stay. Staff was common people like us and enjoyed talking with them. The breakfast food was the best I have ever had at a B&B. Room was charming and warm. Easy to relax in. I would go back for sure.

Pros: Very comfortable room
Cons: An elevator
Pros: Great location and a pretty clean, spacious room. Staff was extra friendly.
Cons: The heater was very noisy, had to cut it off because I couldn’t sleep. The building needs more sound proofing. The people above us sounded like they were practicing for Lord of the Dance at 6am. :(
Pros: I ended up after a car accident in this property and wasn’t sure if it was right place to stay but everyone of the staff were kind and helpful. I highly appreciate the fact they made sure I have a wonderful stay. Hotel rooms were clean and decent breakfast and you can enjoy the sunset.
Cons: There was no means of local transportation as Uber and Lyft and taxi service were not driving to BlueField which was only an hour away. The hotel should consider transportation service and can charge.
Pros: All I ask of a hotel is that it is quiet, comfortable, clean and doesn't look like a sterile prison cell. It was all that and more. It was easy on and off from the highway and sometimes those places are a gamble. I won! Host who checked me in was also very nice.
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: The curtains didn''t close. Their was only a thin sheer curtain which let the very bright lights from the parking lot in.
Pros: They made it very easy to check in and out and their continental breakfast was great. They had many things to choose from. Staff was very nice.
Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like. All was great.
Pros: Breakfast was good. It looked better than the competition advertised online. Good variety of things to eat.
Pros: Very clean and smells clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet.
Pros: Location was right off the highway. 4-5 miles to shopping area.
Cons: The location was in a industrial/business type of area. But turned out to be fine.
Pros: Free breakfast and quiet room
Pros: Beds were to die for! Slept better than my own bed at home! Spotless inside and out. Front desk employee's were exceptional! Friendly and so helpful. The housekeeping staff were friendly and it is obvious that everyone enjoys working there. I will stay here again and again.
Cons: I didn't like having to leave!!!!Had a great experience here!

Pros: Easy to find,nice staff
Pros: Convenient location, good price, very good hotel.
Pros: I did not have breakfast. The bed could have been better quality but what do you expect from econo lodge.
Cons: There is a privacy fence around the hotel which prevented me from walking to the restaurant next door. I had to have my food handed over the fence.
Pros: Room was small but well appointed and thought out.
Cons: Power for the air-con was not turned on in the office.
Pros: Hilltop location of the motel is beautiful. Extremely clean property, very pleasant manager. A quiet, restful place to stay the night.
Cons: Liked everything!
Cons: The room smelled like urine and the sheets weren’t washed after the last guests, there was still hair on one bed! The staff was nice and the location was good though.
Pros: Everything was clean and roomy

Pros: The location was great as were working at Hungry Mother State Park 3 miles away. Did not take time for breakfast. The room was comfortable & quiet
Pros: Location is excellent. Staff was helpful.
Cons: Breakfast had no protein options except a light biscuit gravy. Facilities are old and tired in appearance.
Pros: Closeness to town, parking
Cons: Room needed updating, furniture was stained, older facility
Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff. Location is excellent and you have everything you need... including breakfast. Definitely would stay again.
Pros: It was average. Nothing exceptional.
Cons: Breakfast was not the quality we get at comfort inns or other places we have stayed. Fortunately I dont totally judge a place ny its breakfast.
Pros: Everything was wonderful
Pros: Clean room, friendly staff, comfortable bed, good value.
Pros: staff very accomodating
Pros: Nice staff, good location.
Cons: room stank like excessive chemicals, old dingy like an old smoking room. Air freshners we purchased did nothing to help. Lime green paint in room was blinding. Very old and dated. Ice machine was obnoxious. Breakfast area was badly small and cramped.
Pros: Quiet, clean other than a few things.
Cons: There were some fruit flies in the room. It was a bit gross. The bathroom smelled a bit like smoke, but I think the smoke was coming from some other guest who must have been smoking inside, because the smell would come and go. Honestly, overall, it wasn't a bad stay. Just a few things I'd want to change.
Pros: Breakfast was not so good, the room was comfortable and clean
Cons: no issues

Cons: No bacon or gravy for breakfast
Pros: Friendly staff clean and comfortable room and nice swimming pool
Pros: Very clean
Pros: location was good. parking was problematic but the manager put me in his place
Cons: The door was sticking and hard to open and close securely. The overhead room light near the door flickered and flashed when I turned it on (when arriving after dark) forcing me to find another light source in the dark. When I awoke the next morning there was a bug in my water cup.
Cons: 2 hr wait for room, room had spiders
Pros: Beds were comfortable. Room recently remodeled. Inexpensive. Breakfast was typical for continental breakfast. Waffle iron.
Cons: Motel is old and shows it age. Paint pealing on exterior. Sidewalks paint pealing up.
Cons: Room was remodeled, the floor moved under your feet, the door did not seal and you could see daylight all the way around it.
Pros: We chose it as it was the cheapest in a very expensive area. Close to the supermarket, Walmart and a great Mexican Restaurant.
Cons: Unattractive and very shabby renovations. Breakfast was very basic and there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. No hairdryer in our room.
Pros: Breakfast was ok, with the standard choices. Great location just off of I81. Establishment was clean with all the basic ammenities . Staff was pleasant, helpful & courteous.
Cons: Pool looked only usable one day out of our three day stay, water pretty cloudy, Our room door was VERY hard to open, had to kick to enter & pull hard to exit. Could not find any local news/sport channels on TV, mostly all movies. King bed in our Deluxe King Suite, kinda sagged in the middle but was usable.
Pros: Location and price
Cons: Bathroom door very hard to close.
Cons: Noisy trains and hotel all a bit tired
Located in Glade Spring, Knights Inn Glade Spring is within a 10-minute drive of Emory and Henry College and Smyth County Visitor's Center. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Convenient to Emory and Henry College. Affordable. Manager very friendly and accommodating.
Pros: No frills. No breakfast, but the price reflects that. Comparable hotels charge more and serve a paltry, nasty breakfast. This was a clean bed and shower.
Pros: The only good thing was it was close to our destination.
Cons: We were shown 3 rooms before we were given one that was decent. We were going to leave, but the only other hotel in the area was an econolodge next door which was rated below Knights Inn on trip adviser. One room had dozens of cigarette holes on the bed
