Pros (+) Staff was friendly and check-in smooth.
Cons (-) I was a late check-in and hoped to grab a quick bite without going back out. The food and bar were shut down exactly at 10:00. I then showered and the drain was incredibly slow draining, so was in ankle deep dirty water. Dead roach in the light fixture above the shower didn't help.

Pros (+) Beautiful location, great food and pleasant stFf.
Cons (-) Our mattresses were worn Out , slept in a big, uncomfortable crater. Overall dingy, room carpet was dirty, hotel carpets throughout building were dirty, in room creamer for coffee was curdled and there was no hair dryer.

Pros (+) The hotel was top quality and we really enjoyed our stay. It was well located for our purpose and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pros (+) Love the setting and the staff. The bar area is very nice for socializing. The food is very good too!
Cons (-) No coffee maker in the room. Phone did not work right. On a positive note, the kitchen gave us a free pot of coffee. Breakfast is advertised as part of the package, but only continental as you had to pay $5 more per person for the breakfast Buffett. This was my second stay and was a little disappointed this time around.
