I liked the wine and the location. Nothing, everything met or exceeded my expectations.
Great value for excellent rooms. Cold winter night, nothing better than sitting by a fire place in your very own villa. Didn't like that I can't stay here all the time.
This facility is definitely on our list to visit each year. A lot of improvements have taken place over the past year, the service is still excellent, and the experience of our trip is one of our best each year. A great place.
The staff was exceptional. The wine and food were absolutely perfect and worth every penny spent! I only wish we could have stayed longer. Stayed only one night, first time with my hubby since having our first baby! It was perfect to celebrate and have a romantic night away.
We had a very large room with a great soaking tub. The wine tasting was good and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The massages were very relaxing, but the men and women had separate sides. All the facilities were far apart. The walk to the restaurant and the tasting room did not have a clear path or entrance. The food was average and overpriced.
The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The rooms Are very nice and spacious. Overall mead my husband enjoyed our stay a lot!
Clean comfy suite. Great breakfast in the morning. Will definitely stay again.
Breakfast buffet saved the overall experience shower had multiple heads, nice for sore muscles the floors and walls had weird stains that looked like blood the floor had a huge wet spot the day we checked in there aren't any bathmats in the bathroom. be careful you will slip! the beds are ok. they had a part where it sunk in and wasn't super comfy weird room set up with the shower and toilet separate and a random room divider separating a couch from the bed.
Very clean and friendly. Great value for the money easy access to everything , however it was to close to the freeway and there was highway noise all night long. Other than We had a pleasant experience as we always do with any of the marriott hotels Highway noise level all night long
Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, nice, helpful staff. Split bathroom was convenient. The bathrooms ( toilet in one and shower in other) had sliding frosted glass doors at the foot of the beds which would be fine for a couple, but not for our room sharing situation as it afforded no privacy.
The bathroom doors had frosted glass that you could see persons using restroom and no locks was not very private. Room was not very cool and we bough small fans from Target to keep kids comfortable first night. Spoke to front desk in the morning and they immediately sent maintenance staff to check and they moved the bench built over air unit which was preventing air flow which improved room comfort within 10 minutes
The dual living room and bedroom combined. The breakfast was mediocre.
Clean, good simple breakfast, convenient location, pickup from the hotel for grapevine wine tour.
Updated rooms, very nice Forgot my shaving cream and front desk was out of stock
Rooms were excellent. Staff was super. Breakfast was awesome.
I liked the breakfast, it was rich small rooms
You need a vehicle to see the wineriea, tour old town, and take a hot air balloon ride. This hotel is right in the city centre with plenty of restaurant choices, drug stores and other shops nearby.
Cooked to order breakfast was delish, staff was friendly and accommodating, room was very comfortable, and location was perfect for our vacation. Randomly, I also loved the smell of the shampoo and soaps (a little thing that made every day a bit nicer). This was our second time staying at the Embassy Suites in Temecula and, although we really enjoyed our trip last year, we felt that the hotel and service was even better this year. Exceeded our already high expectations! Hot tub wasn't quite hot enough, and we couldnt figure out how to change it - but a very minor complaint in a sea of great amenities and service
Breakfast Happy hour Tub didn't drain properly. Lights didn't work
Loved happy hour.. Pool was great..we had a pleasant stay and would stay again. Room was nice ,bathroom was outdated and a bit shabby.
Room size and furnishings were nice and modern. No remote control for living room TV. No microwave. Only one trash can in entire suite. No water glasses.
The location was close to old town front street. Nice hotel, room was clean, and the parking was free :) Room was small and the air conditioner was extremely loud. We had trouble sleeping due to the loud air conditioner. Mattress was a little to hard and pillows were uncomfortable for me. The only reason I wouldn't stay here again is because of loud AC, it needs to be fixed.
They offered a room change since the first one was dirty and smelling badnot even bed was made
Owner / Manager very rude! Need to learn some people skills! The customer is not right is his opinion. He was extremely controlling. It didn't one one bit what I needed or wanted! His English, well what English, was really difficult to understand! I bed spread and blanket had several cigarette holes and stains from what I do not know. The Motel 6 needs some serious help! I will never stay at another Motel 6! I will be warning everyone Not to ever stay in any location! Maybe we all can put them out of business!
The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and kind. The "continental" breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks all.
Comfortable bed, clean room, pleasant and responsive staff, good breakfast with many selections including healthy choices. Nice area with seating, bar with laptop and cell phone chargers, flat screen TV in lobby/breakfast area. The pool area and inside of the rooms could use a renovation. Freeway was directly behind our room and was a little noisy at night.
Ok breakfast Advertised as having fridge etc. nope. Bathroom door swung completely in room hard to walk around. Room was size microtel. Overall not a marriot quality property
Our room was convenient to the front desk, the laundry room and dining area. Though we had a view of the pool, it was a little bit of a trek as there is no stairs from the balcony once the dining area is closed (after breakfast). The bed was very comfortable. The top bed linens (the coverlet and sash at the end of the bed) were obviously dirty. Pizza stain at the head of the bed and black foot marks at the foot of the bed.
Very friendly staff and a good breakfast I'm not very picky at all but there were just a few things in the bathroom I noticed could have seen more attention.
Good breakfast, large room. We had a room (107) with a tiny, tiny sink. Large bathroom with no counter space, and a tiny, tiny sink.
The jet/spa stub and the back door. The bed was very uncomfortable. Ive stayed at cheaper places with a much more comfier bed.
Nice place, and staff was very friendly Water pressure in the shower was terrible.
Friendly, helpful staff. Good brkfst. Great room & amenities. Great location for day trips to sites. Sound from interstate on our side.
I wanted to drive after work and get closer to San Diego. Temecula is a great town to do that in. All I needed was a good night sleep and Hampton Inn was great. The Bed was terrific and it had a nice TV. We slept great then had a perfect breakfast and left.
The location. The rooms were updated. The breakfast was good. The grey and black decor was not relaxing to me. The halls don't have signs to locate the elevator.
It was a brief overnight stay and everything met my needs
We enjoyed the breakfast and your polite staff. The room was clean andvery well laid out. The comforter on thhe bed was wonderful. You need to have better signs for driving into your drive way for both directions on Jefferson Ave. If I had arrived at night from the North I would not have known to turn into the drive way of your competature and that you had a road way between the two hotels.
The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was very clean. Breakfast was really good -- lots of variety and quality. Beds were nice. Rooms were quiet. It's right off the freeway, so there was very easy access. No complaints.
It was just an overnight stay but We liked everything. Well definitely stay again
Stayed here on business and the staff was friendly, facilities were clean and safe. Wish breakfast was extended a little longer.
Rooms very clean, beds comfortable, supplies refreshed well. Dining availability-free breakfast. One of the best supplied I've found at the Temecula location. Staff friendly and efficient.
It was very quiet and the complimentary breakfast was awesome. Hot coffee and warm cinnamon rolls! No vending machines....only over priced drinks and snacks were at the front desk/lobby.
Beds no good.
The staff was very friendly, the complimentary breakfast had quite a selection of hot and cold options, and the pool/jacuzzi were nicely heated and clean. The beds felt really small. My three friends and I shared a room with two beds and it was a tight fit.
We stayed on the 2nd floor next to the elevators and the laundry room, we could hear all sorts of noise through all the walls and from above us. They should just keep that room vacant until they put more sound barriers.
It was convenient that there was a computer and printer at front. They happily faxed a document for me. The freeway was close to outside of my room. It didn't bother me but for those who are noise sensitive might want to request room facing other way.
The room was very clean, the location was perfect, checking out was fast, decent breakfast, some of the staff was courtesy. Our room wasn't ready at check-in, we got put on the 3rd floor and we were told to try to keep our 3 year old from jumping or making to much noise.
Good value for the money. Improve the outside seating area.
Nice clean place.
It was newer, sparkling clean, easy to find, close to what I needed. It was difficult to reach by phone as the front desk was somewhat understaffed
The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was larger than mist and changed from day to day. This is a great location with easy interstate access. The air conditioner in one of our rooms was so very loud. The tv only worked intermittently. The towels and sheets were not very clean.
For the money excellent accomodations
Rooms were clean and comfortable, decent breakfast Check-in took forever. Also, although we called in advance for a crib, it wasn't there. That added additional wait time to the already slow process for check in.
Everything The refrigerator was really loud.
Everything is very clean, Staff is friendly Too much security deposit
Loved the breakfast! I never did try the bisquits and gravy but it is there! Honestly between the extended stay holiday Inn and this one I figure at least I'll get a free meal for the same price using kayak. Shower head was nice nice nice! Staff was extremely friendly!!! Breakfast lounge very clean and stocked well! I liked that it is close to freeway not too hard to find. My remote control for the TV was freaking nasty! The pillows are tiny and so are the rooms. The TV was not HD so it was kind of fuzzy.
Internet conection. The time i was there, the wi fi was down. I call technical support twice and they didnt fix it
good location, enjoyed the pool, reasonable price. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator i n the room.
The price good and the room was very clean.
The staff was great. Tasha at front desk was very kind and very understanding when my friend and I didn't feel comfortable staying there. The guests who were staying at the Motel made us feel very uncomfortable. We did not feel safe being there.
The staff were exceptionally friendly. Fast check in and out. Staying at a motel 6 you don't expect much to begin with so it met my standards. It isn't until you get there that you realize how nice a comfortable bed would be or the convenience of a microwave or fridge in your hotel room are, things not found at this location. It was fine staying there one night however I would not stay here for extended period of time. Also the cleaning ladies opened our door long before check out time which was disturbing.
The room we were in had a very efficient use of space. The storage shelves and open platform bed give you an open feeling in a small room. I thought the nice plank look linoleum floor was a good idea. It added to the open crisp look. It's not all smoke and mirrors, the room is functional. Our bed covers both had stains, as did one of the towels. Not dirty, but stained. Our towel bar was in pieces on the toilet. A person with a screw driver could have re installed in under a minute. The toilet is a little close to the door. The sink is pretty but a little small, and thus not that functional.
New renovated contemporary look with lots of lighting options. Convenient outlets and TV hook ups. Mattress was not up to par. Towels were small and rough. Also no hair dryer supplied.
Amazing price. Love how clean everything was! Nice size room. Loves that it had a real breakfast in the morning.
That it was close to the wineries and in the heart of the downtown. No
The walls are paper thin and its next a harley dealership so it can be a little noisy. The beds arent very comfortable. Biggest complaint was the construction going on in the rooms next to us every morning at 9am. It was very aggravating and there was no warning of this or discount on the stay.
The price value was wonderful compared to other lodging in the area. The furnishings are very modern and the TV programming made it very easy to find what I was looking for. We had to return to the office with key lock issues both nights we were there. The first night, I thought it might have been a fluke or mix up. However, after getting working card keys, the very next day both of our card keys would not open our door lock. So we had to go to the office again to fix our card keys.
The location is good, right outside of downtown. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The hot breakfast was sparse compared to other hotels I've stayed in. The jacuzzi looked dirty. Tiny tv on a really bare wall.
What was nice- besides the very complete breakfast, and the excellent price, was the size of the room. I've never had such a large - spacious room before. The pool was clean, working, and the Jacuzzi was hot. All in all it was perfect stay ! Steven U. Pasadena
Conveniently located Our non smoking room smelt like an ash tray.
Clean, easy & comfortable.
Plastic cutlery for breakfast.
Check in was easy. We got there at 2:30pm so not a crowd. Room had microwave and fridge but we didnt use them as we were there for the Balloon and Wine Festival and didnt spend but a few hours to sleep. Beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was nice since I awoke hungry. Hard boiled eggs, 2 types of sweet rolls, 4 cereals, oatmeal, toast, bagels w cream cheese, milk, orange and apple juice, tea packets, coffee and hot chocolate. Close to restaurants and Hard Hats bar accross the street. Arbys is right next door. Sizzler accross the street and Dennys just up the road. Upon check in I explained tothe clerk that I wanted to pay cash for the room and to just hold an authorization for any charges that could occur. Unfortunatly he was a little frazzled with the buzy weekend and processed the payment anyway. He took the cash and explained that the charge would come off on monday but that the authrization would hold the amount (not a small amount either) until Monday when it would credit ti back. It is now wednesday and the authorization is still pending holding the money out and no credit has been peocessed as of yet. Inconvenient if you have limited funds on your card or in your bank account which was the case for me.
everything was great, especially the spacious room with sofa. free continental breakfast was a nice treat. nothing
Decent but not outstanding Pillow was lumpy
Quick check-in, convenient parking, rooms was spacious with a fridge inside.
Clean rooms, very good breakfast selection excellent service and well stocked breakfast items all the employees were very freindly I felt the price for the room was a bit high. I based this on comps in the area.
Location and price It was just fine
Big room, wifi was good, location was good. For the amount of the room the bed was not very comfortable, the shower water left a weird feeling on my skin, for how empty the hotel seemed I didn't understand why we were placed next to and below people, the air conditioning system was annoying to figure out and program.
Buffet style breakfast. Make your own waffles or pancakes. Secluded pool and small spa. Very small breakfast area- 6 tables max
I did not go. I cancelled my reservation do to health problems.
The convienence Nothing..we were very happy
The room, staff, breakfast and pool exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our overnight stay and would recommend this hotel 10 out of 10 times.
Hemet, CA doesn't have a whole lot to do for anyone touring, but we were here to visit family. After finding out how small our relatives home was, we ended up booking at the last minute at Quality Inn. I was a little nervous because I didn't get to do my usual exhaustive research, but I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice Quality Inn Hemet was! It looks like the bathroom was recently updated. The bed was clean and firm. The maid service did an excellent job everyday. Tonya checked us in and she was so helpful giving us a little background about Hemet and some tips about the surrounding neighborhood. Quality Inn was just 2 minutes from our relatives which was a huge plus, but also so close to many stores and eateries. I would definitely stay here again! The carpet seemed a little dates, BUT I normally wear house slippers or shoes when I stay in any hotel/motel. Also the rest of the room looked clean and well maintained and the bathroom did look recently upgraded, so perhaps the carpets are next on the list! They weren't awful by any measure though.
Our room smelled like cigarette smoke! They were all booked and didn't have a room to move us. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke so it was not fun!!
Great location. Great food from CorkFire Housekeeping was spotty. Sometimes the coffee/tea/cream was refilled and sometimes it wasn't. Asked to have a pile of "recycle" removed and they said yes but didn't do it. Stuff like that - room was clean.
The room was huge and comfortable, with a great supply of lotions and shampoos. The bed was really comfortable and I can't wait to come back and stay. The restaurant was wonderful and the food was delicious. The only thing I can say is that the shower was a little out dated but that is no big deal as far as I am concerned.
Nice hotel grounds and room. very relaxing! Line to check in was long and slow.
From the minute we turned up the road to get to the hotel, I knew I'd love it! I was not disappointed. We were greeted with welcoming words & were accommodated with a comfortable room. We enjoyed a light bite at the Cork-Fire rustic bar & dining rm.... Xlnt service - even with a crowded room! Would definitely return & recommend to any age demographic! There was a very minor issue with the toilet - it would begin to flush by itself - but honestly we weren't in the rm that mych - if we would've stayed longer I would have complained to the office, but we just shut the bathrm door & it was fine....
We had a fabulous time with a group of good girlfriends for the weekend. We had some special requests and they really did their best accommodating for us! The hotel made me feel at home and didn't really feel like a hotel. The view were amazing!!! We also ate at the Cork Fire Restaurant and everyone working there was so polite and welcoming! The food was also amazing!! I would definately recommend to anyone!!
The grounds and the pool. The walls are paper thin and the check in is too late when attending sunset weddings in the area.
The location was great, nice, quiet and views were the best The door going into the room had a quirk. Use your key to open the outside door, and you enter an anteroom. There's another door for your room, and a door to an adjacent room, and there was a third door with stairs going down to the room below. We couldn't close the pocket door to close off the stairwell, so that was a little unsettling Probably would have been nice if the receptionist had warned us.
The view from our room was nice. The restaurant had good good too. The room was not good. They forgot to give us coffee pot and then they forgot the utensils. The omelettes did include toast either.
The cork and fire restaurant is supposed to be extremely nice, so we tried dinner there... it was terrible and on top of that expensive. I wouldn't eat there again, but the hotel itself was nice, quiet and quaint.
Gorgeous view Checkout staff was a bit unfriendly.
The golf course was very nice and the restaurant was top notch! Very nice property, but I feel the rooms do need upgrading, especially the mattresses.
