Pros: The rooms were clean. And the hotel was virtually across the street from our venue. Baggage handlers and cleaning people were very friendly.
Cons: At check in there was only 1 person to assist a line of about 40 people. A stay at the hotel should include parking. It should not cost more for a guest to park in the hotel parking lot . The beds were rock hard. At almost $300 the room should include the use of internet
Pros: Lovely room, room service, staff very helpful
Cons: Not one hook or towel rack in bathroom. Shower had to be adjusted for temperature by maintenance. Never enough bar soap or shampoo. Large restaurant never filled and very minimal menu. Considering you had to take a car to go anyplace there should be more.
Pros: Centrally located, clean quiet
Cons: not a good value for the money, have stayed at far cheaper hotels that were just as nice or nicer.
Pros: Room service was prompt, the room was clean, there were plenty of towels.
Cons: I did not like the fact that there was a charge for parking our car. I felt that was just a bit much. Also, our bed was rather soft (actually very soft and kind of smushy).
Pros: It was very clean and the Staff very good.
Cons: The Hotel Billed me for two items I did not order. It's been VERY difficult dealing with, or even getting a response from, their Accounting Department!!! This issue is still not resolved!
Pros: This Marriott location was beautiful! The staff was so pleasant & very professional . This was my first time to New York & my over all experience was just amazing . This has to be one of the cleanest hotels , that I’ve ever stayed in . I will be using this hotel for every stay when I visit New York ! Thank you again for making my stay , a pleasant one ! I will recommend this hotel to all family & friends
Cons: I don’t have any complaints
Pros: The beds was extra comfy and the cleaning staff were very nice
Cons: The front desk staff/ some were really nice and helpful and others seemed unhappy and rude. The worst experience was calling the service line and encountering a customer service rep that was giving wrong info in a very rude manner. Thank goodness I went downstairs and was helped my a lovely front desk person.
Pros: Quality hotel for reasonable price.
Pros: Front desk lady was awesome.
Cons: Room was run down. Outdated. Toilet clogged.
Cons: The rooms are old and wasn’t clean, mold On shower curtain’s and walls and bathrooms not clean.they need to remodel upgrade.they are over priced with the issues u all have..
Pros: The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Not a great variety breakfast menu for in room service.
Cons: That they don’t have late afternoon house keeping. I left my room around 2:30pm on Saturday and returned 2am and my room hadn’t been serviced

Pros: Very clean, no weird smells, staff was really sweet, good location, free parking on the side.
Cons: We didn't like the mattress. It was way too old, uneven, soft, oldfation bouncy king mattress. It's clean though. But we didn't get any sleep. Breakfast could have been better, but it wasn't a big deal for us.
Pros: Location to beach and amphitheater was good. Staff was nice.
Cons: Our room smelled so bad. Very musty. Needed a dehumidifier badly. Stairwell and balcony also smelled like garbage and the flooring was dirty and sticky. Could tell a leaking garbage bag was dragged along but never cleaned up.
Cons: Carpet was wet from being shampooed, couldn’t walk with socks. AC was super loud. Mattresses were uncomfortable. Didn’t realize it was more of a motel than a hotel. The area right outside our room had a horrible stench. We booked a nonsmoking king, got there and it was smoking. Due to allergies we had to switch- weekend getaway with my husband turned to two double beds. How romantic.
Pros: The room was great
Cons: The pools pumps we're not on felt icky
Pros: The breakfast was great! They had bacon and eggs freshly made, waffles to make, pastries, muffins, cereal and yogurts. It's a small space to eat, so either get there early for a table or take back to the room to enjoy.
Pros: The rooms were clean and comfy
Cons: Breakfast could have been a little better
Pros: The waffles was good bagels great.
Cons: The eggs could've. been warmer

Pros: Nice staff; updated bathrooms. Location good for a family visit.
Cons: Carpet in room was damp & very dirty.
Cons: No refrigerator in the room
Pros: The room was spacious
Cons: The ac unit was very noisy, our main door to our room was very warped my hand could fit in at the bottom when closed which made it very hard to latch, the continental breakfast was very disappointing, overall hotel seems very worn out.

Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary (available 24 hours).
Pros: It served for 24 hours free airport shuttle bus. It's really convenient. The environment is also clean and quiet. By the way, it nears Costco and burger king.
Cons: Traffic affecting getting on and out
Pros: The front end auditor was extremely professional and made our check in, and overall stay, worthwhile
Cons: Getting in and out of the parking area was extremely tough!
Pros: The location was great and the front desk clerk was friendly.
Cons: I left early. First my bathroom did not have washcloths. The tub did not look clean. My sheets were dirty. I had to call and have it replaced. The housekeeper did not understand and it took her a while to come although I was told she would be right away.
Pros: Its for one day stay it’s ok If want to visit the down town you must have care it’s about 20 m The staff it’s great and helpful
Pros: The location was excellent for a one night stopover near JFK airport. We had booked this hotel because it has a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel which saved us $$. Communications from the hotel were excellent and arranging the pick up from the airport when we landed was easy. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was good. We were also happy with the free breakfast and coffee in the morning. A bonus was that there was shopping available within walking distance in both directions (TJ Maxx, Designer Shoe Warehouse) and it was easy to pass the day walking around.
Cons: The only thing I can think of is that the bed seemed to have plastic on the mattress that was probably there to protect it but it did feel a bit weird. The bed and pillows were comfortable however and the room was nice and dark.
Pros: the front desk was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.
Pros: Provided everything we needed for a one night stopover. Clean and comfortable accommodation.
Cons: Counter staff were efficient but not overly friendly
Pros: Closeness to the airport
Pros: The cleanliness of the room and bathroom The manager is considerate and caring for guest satisfaction
Cons: The space that assigned for breakfast is small Limited breakfast varieties
Pros: Friendly staff and useful free shuttle to and from airport
Pros: Proximity to airport
Cons: Another guest was accidentally given our room key and attempted to enter the room which was scary Shuttle took awhile and depending on terminal could be full upon arrival

Pros: It is so obvious the love and care that the staff has put into the place. my husband and I walked in when there was a pizza party for the staff going on, and it's no secret, when a place invests in caring for its people, the people will then invest in the place itself. Excellent work, excellent customer service, and we cannot wait to come back soon!
Cons: Hot water is cold water in the tub...would have been good to learn about this upon checking, and not when I'm leaning over a still frozen bathtub after having just come back from the gym LOL
Pros: Nice environment. Modern facilities
Cons: The front desk officer who received us on arrival was not just rude, he was mean. That is why we may not come back there
Pros: Check in was fast
Cons: Found old food in refrigerator A bit of old red stain on the bed.
Pros: The location
Cons: Small bathroom
Pros: The eggs
Pros: Staff were really friendly, let me check in early, breakfast was really good.
Cons: The first night there were hairs in the shower that weren’t mine, the second day they were cleaned up.
Pros: The pool was the nicest part.
Cons: The AC was leaking, carpet was soaking wet, it smelled musty, the pillows and bed were uncomfortable, parking was terrible, will never stay there again.
Pros: The location.
Cons: To begin the room I reserved was not the room I got. When I went to the front desk, they told me there was nothing they could do. The bathroom was small, stuffy and DIRTY. The shower was disgusting! And breakfast is literally a joke. The biggest disappointment waa the amount of money I spent and didn't have a microwave. I will never book a room or excursion on booking.com again! This was the second time and 6mnths I've been misled on bookings and both times I've traveled over 9hours to exauasted and DISGUSTED!
Cons: More than one issue. Key cards wouldn't work. Than door wouldn't lock. Than when locking card wouldn't work. Many odor issues with probably cleaning solutions. Switched rooms then key card wouldn't work again. Exhausting
Pros: It's convenience to the location I needed to accesss.
Cons: The HVAC was ultra noisy. It sounded like there was a diesel truck idling outside my window all night. The blower fan bearings were totally shot. When the compressor kicks on, it does so with a BANG!! There was a huge gap space at the bottom of the door.
Pros: Friendly staffs
Cons: The breakfast was always too cold no eggs or any form protein of animal protein .
Pros: Paul at the front desk was very friendly and professional, he is a good asset to your team.

Cons: water Pressure in shower wasn’t that great and water was alittle hard to regulate between hot and cold you just had to let it run a minute until you got right temperature. The air conditioner in room was alittle too loud but I would stay here again it was pleasant and I’ve never really found a perfect hotel
Pros: Very nice host, allowed us to have a few hours late check-out without any fee.
Cons: I guess, it is just the way it is in the area, quality/price is not that good.
Pros: The man at the desk was nice

Pros: Room was really comfortable and it wasn't really far away from LiRR station.
Cons: Having a firm security measure to access guest rooms will be great.
Pros: Nothing to like about but the location
Cons: Smoky odor room. Cigarette holes in sheets and blankets
Pros: The location, the price. Having a 7-11 next door was extremely convenient.
Cons: I forgot my room key in the room. When i asked for a new one they gave it to me too easily without asking for id or anything. Got me nervous that anyone could just say i lost my key and they dont thouroughly check.
Pros: Very comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower.
Pros: Good location for what we wanted.
Cons: Needs an update. We found it clean but dated. The deadbolt on the door didn’t work.

Pros: Was a great place to stay after a concert at Jones beach. The staff was lovely.
Pros: Room was comfortable but a bit noisy being right over the Margaritas Restaurant, until it closed.
Cons: Didn't like the reception by the front desk clerk at check in.
Pros: I liked what I saw when I walked inside of the room.
Cons: The guests there seem to be residents based on their interaction with the staff and they were very rude when we went down for breakfast. Also, I was actually expecting more of a real breakfast, however what was offered wasn't too bad. I just think they should cater for the amount of guests they have on site.
Pros: Location great. Staff was awesome! Very accommodating. Great restaurant with view of marina on premises.
Pros: Everything was great!!
Pros: Yes. Like so nice and cool place amazing
Pros: Super comfortable bed and wonderful shower. Loved having personal outside seating.
Cons: Not a stellar check in experience
Pros: The staff was very friendly and accomodating.
Cons: The advertising set expectation not nearly met. From location to having a literal dumpster view was very disappointing and not worth the cost. The "free breakfast" was done without the aid of tables(done in lobby).
Pros: Location to Jones Beach. The connected restaurant, Margaritas was excellent with a great view of the ocean.
Cons: The room was next to the restaurant and you could hear the music clearly. We didn't mind, cuz we love Latin music ;)
Cons: Room was dirty and strong smell of smoke. Possible drug activity in parking lot.
Pros: The staff was excellent even when we had a little snafu at check in.
Cons: We stayed for a concert at Jones beach. Was close to venue and the staff and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was nicely set up enough for all. We would return next time we see a show.
With a stay at Budget Inn of Massapequa in Massapequa, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Bethpage Black State Park Golf Course and Westfield Sunrise Mall. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and coffee/tea in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The air conditioning worked well
Cons: Room had the word DELUX on the door. Was anything but. Was a non smoking room but there were cigarette burns on the sheets and blankets which we had to ask them to change because they looked like they had not been changed from the previous person. I tripped twice going into the bathroom because there were not just one but two small steps going up to it. Sign outside says “jacuzzi tubs in every room” there was a standard bath tub in ours which we opted not to use. The room smelled clean but the floors felt sticky. Next time I will spend a little more AND read the reviews because if I had read them beforehand I would not have stayed here.
Cons: Flashing neon light outside window ... all night long.
Pros: That I received a refund and got the heck out of there. Ants crawling on the floor by the refrigerator. The room was very hot and the air conditioning unit was not vapable of cooling the room toba satisfactory level.
Pros: You get what you pay for and we overpaid.
Cons: Rats running in the ceiling kept us up all night. Water all over the floor coming from the broken fridge. Mold in shower, sticky black dirty floors. Stains in the sheet. Tried to turn on the lamp only for my finger to stick to grime on the base.
Cons: Ease of prostitution
Cons: Everything. Room was too small, floor was dirty, AC didn’t work, no vents, sheets were dirty, very noisy.
Cons: I did not liked at all that my reservation from booking.com was not sent to the hotel and i had to beg the front desk guy to rent me a room was awful
Pros: Not a thing the room was nasty not clear, the bed was heard like a rock. They sheet were old it was bad. I never want to go back to that nasty place again.
