The pool the staff
There were lots of families staying there. It was casual and low key which was nice. The only issue was that our room was the only one w no balcony furniture. When we went to ask, the woman at the front desk said that it was because there were privately owned units and the furniture belonged to the owners. We stated that every unit has the same furniture and then she said that she would have the maintainence crew check. Nothing was resolved.
The shower and the curtain was old and didn't look clean.
Won't be back
The location was great.
The room was not well maintained. The bathroom had a broken tub knob and was old/dated. The carpets and walls were dirty. For the money spent on the room I would expect a lot more!!
New name, not a new attitude
The rooms have been revamped, they look good. The bed was nice, but had a rubber sheet! There was one staff person who addressed a concern, quickly running to the store because their ice machine was broken, which I very much appreciated.
Overall, the staff treated your concerns as if you were a pest, not taking any steps to fix things. We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool - which was only open for short hours one of the two days we were there. This was because they didn't have enough guests to warrant opening it. With this attitude, I am sure it will be a continuing problem.
The location is excellent. Right on the beach and in the center of town.
The bed was not very comfortable.
