It was a horrible experience

Cons:

The lady said my reservation through your site meant nothing and I was stranded at the Montgomery Airport for 24 hours.... I will not be using Kayak ever again and will not recommend this to anyone I know...

Asked for full size car and paid for one, definitely did not get a full size car
