It was a horrible experience

Cons:

The lady said my reservation through your site meant nothing and I was stranded at the Montgomery Airport for 24 hours.... I will not be using Kayak ever again and will not recommend this to anyone I know...

The car itself was excellent - no complaints. The instructions for dropping off the car at the MGM airport could have been clearer -- I wasn't sure whether I needed to record the mileage, or the spot that I had parked in, etc. -- and no one was around. However when I arrived at the counter inside the airport, the lady was very friendly, helpful and efficient.

There was no car for me to rent despite me reserving it via kayak. The woman at the desk said they a re not responsible for 3rd party site booking like kayak. She was very rude and did not offer to help in any way.
