Pros:Staff friendly helpful
Cons:Keep up the good work
8.4 Very good
Cons:The vehicle I rented changed after I made my reservation. The confirmation screen said one type of vehicle while the email said a smaller type of vehicle. I was glad that I took a screenshot of the confirmation screen as proof of the larger vehicle.
Cons:When we picked up the car it didn't look like it had been cleaned. There was throw up in the back seat, that I cleaned myself. There was also food and garbage left over from the person who rented it previously. The place and people I dealt with were very nice, but I don't know if I would rent from them again because of the mess.
Pros:Enterprise does not accept debit. That's frustrating when you get to the counter and find out.
Pros:Quickness of staff. Full tank of gas. Helpfulness of staff when upgrading to larger car.
Cons:Our rental that was booked on this site was for a pick up at 8am on Friday and a drop off for 5pm on Monday for a total of 145. When we got up there they told us that the price was wrong and because we would not be dropping off at 8am Monday morning we had to pay for another day. Upon seeing the car and how small it was we decided we needed to go up in size which they were helpful with but the car we got was filthy. it had 20,000 miles on it but the carpet was tore up and coming out from under the dash, there were things all over the roof it looked as if it had not been cleaned since it was bough. we ended up taking it to the car wash before taking our trip.

Pros:Drop off was easy
Cons:They were not able to vacuum the vehicle because of the rain, but it was clean.
Cons:Good staff the car was dirty
Pros:Absolutely nothing I cancelled the reservation
Cons:Clearer on the instructions
Pros:I had a long term rental (2 months) booked and confirmed. Then I was told they had no cars available of my class and that I should pay for a higher class, meaning a whole lot more money. On top of that the insurance was almost as much as the total cost of what I had payed in my reservation. So how does that work? I pay an amount that I think it is roughly my rental car cost and it turns out it is half of it because of the insurance? Why dont you communicate this in advance? I was so upset that I walked away without a car. And guess what, they did not care at all.
8.0 Very good
Pros:Nothing....even their car selection was awful.
Cons:Everything in general. The incompetence of their staff, their lack of knowledge, how deceitful their charging practices are (yes, they are additional charges that will not be disclosed until you are actually in the store), their customer service department (oh my God...these are the worst people I've ever talked to on the phone), how understaffed these locations are, etc.
Cons:The person who checked me in was downright rude. The car was filthy. I had a five day rental for under 300.00, and had to change plans. One day charge?, 71.00.
8.4 Very good
Cons:a lit bit nasty. but tolerable
Pros:The staff was rude and the store didn’t had our vehicle.
Pros:Everything was great. Service was friendly and quick.
Cons:Everything was fine.
