The lady said my reservation through your site meant nothing and I was stranded at the Montgomery Airport for 24 hours.... I will not be using Kayak ever again and will not recommend this to anyone I know...

Nice that an employee, Willie, met me as I returned the car. As I told him, my only problem with the rental car was that it had four charging ports and not one of them was a standard USB connector. All C type charging, which i don’t use. So my phone kept dying because i couldn’t charge it.

the woman at the counter was very nice and pretty efficient. Drop off was quick and easy as well

Cons:

They didn't honor the price that I was quoted. It should have been $165 and instead they charged me. about $30 more. Said some baloney about the airport fees not being added in. The price said it already included taxes and fees. When you are standing at the check out counter needing your car, they have you over a barrel. I'm sure that that is their plan. What can you do? You have to have a car, you are in a city that is not your hometown and you have no choice but to pay. Not a very honest way to conduct business

The car itself was excellent - no complaints. The instructions for dropping off the car at the MGM airport could have been clearer -- I wasn't sure whether I needed to record the mileage, or the spot that I had parked in, etc. -- and no one was around. However when I arrived at the counter inside the airport, the lady was very friendly, helpful and efficient.
