Pros:

The staff were very great and accommodating! We had a luggage issue and not only did they make sure we got a car with a little bigger trunk, you actually felt cared for in the process. Very kind staff.

Easy to return. They could have done better by giving me the compact sedan I reserved instead of a large Galdiator.

USB in car did not work and we had no music or GPS for 1 week. Manager at location refused to give discount. I will never rent from Hertz or via Kayak again if I do not get a Credit on this rental.

Easy location to access

Cons:

Stuck driving a cargo van with "Hertz" plastered on the side through the Rocky Mountains. Not the easiest of drives in a vehicle I was not comfortable driving.

Pick up and drop off was quick and easy

Cons:

Car was much smaller than expected. Said Nissan Pathfinder or similar (and I know it says not guaranteed) but we got a Kia Sorento which was a lot tighter than we were planning for. Had to have bags in laps/etc. Why not just tell us exactly the car we were reserving? Doesn't seem that hard
