Pros:Perhaps I should have read more carefully. Given the snow conditions, I rented an SUV and must have understood incorrectly as I expected all-wheel or four-wheel drive. I was offered a $150 upsell. Guy walking up next to me got a small all wheel drive which was not offered. Car was outside covered in snow and ice impossible to inspect thoroughly

Pros:Everything was wonderful. Irving was the name of the rep that assisted us. The car model that we booked online was unavailable and for a small upgrade fee - we rented a luxury SUV. Very happy with this rental experience.

Cons:Ordered a GPS on car but when I picked up the car there was none. Could not connect my bluetooth to car and all would of been, no doubt ok, had I had a person to help me from Hertz except there was no agent at the counter when the website said there should of been. Aspen, CO has unusual hours to start with.

Pros:I loved how fast and simple the service was. No one tried to push any additional services on me, and everyone was so kind. Customer service was great! Had help with my bags. I have never had such a great experience with a rental car company. Will definitely look to Hertz first. Also extremely pleased with the deal I got. Hertz by far has the best service.

Cons:They grossly misstate the price on Kayak to get you to sign up with them.....then you get there and there are a couple hundred dollars of add on fees. Unethical business dealings.

Cons:when returning the car, the agent found out that when the original agent made a mistake. This caused a delay in the return, putting me dangerously close to losing my flight. Also they overcharged me for child carseats twice. Car wasnt very clean.

Pros:The car was what we expected, excellent navigation system and good gas mileage.
Cons:The Alamo Rep called me about a hour before scheduled time, asking me when to be picking it up. I arrived 10 min. prior, And no rep was present, proceeded to call assistance number and still took about half an hour to get the car once rep showed up. Car smelled awful, hadn’t been cleaned proir.

Cons:The car upon pick up was dirty. Plus, it is underpowered and underserving for the area. The attendant tried to tell us all cars have trouble in CO, but we have been to CO many times and this was our first issue. Plus, we rode in friends cars without issue. The attendant nearly hit us when we arrived
