Cons (-) Rooms: awful, dirty, squashed spiders on the ceiling, loud heater, furniture in serious need of updates Wifi: don't advertise it if you don't have it Restaurant: sub-par food (we were both sick after dinner) "View": booked 2 months in advance, requested a room with a view(apparently of the parking lot) Check-in: couldn't find my booking, then overcharged my card after assuring me they wouldn't cha...

WiFi didn't work in or around the room and when I complained about paying the resort fee without internet, I was told the resort fee also helps pay for the grounds...isn't that what the room cost is for? 3rd floor has vaulted ceilings and for anyone 5'11" or taller, watch your head! Had a goo...
