Needed for 1 day. Pick up friday but could not drop off by Saturday 1 pm. Store closed tuhen and closed all day Sunday so I have to keep car until Monday? They need a better drop off procedure.Cons:

Your ordering service is terrible. I went to pick up the car at the hertz rental and the office was closed. Your kayak service booked a vehicle at a closed location and i had to book another car with a different car rental company directly. I will never use your service again.Cons:
Ensure your APIs check whether or not a car rental location is open before directing users to that location. Lots of locations have changed office hours due to covid19.6.4 Okay

Harís Was amazing how he greeted me he was very knowledgeable he showed me the car I was in a rush so he tried to do the work as fast as possible to get me out of there I’m just really impressed and because of the experience that he showed me, I will be a lifelong customer of Avis and leave budget Rent-A-Car. You guys are my new number one because of the treatment I received at that location by him.Cons:

I didn’t even receive the automobile - how do you reserve and then not have a car. Causes me to walk home and then to cancel all charges on my credit cards - what a headache - will never rent, or try to rent, from Avis ever again.Budget
