Cons: Check in was simple and straightforward, but the receptionist wasn't really interested, took our papers, typed the information in, gave us our room cards, then went back to her computer, she didn't feel the need to smile or exchange pleasantries!

Cons: The parking is a bit expensive but necessary if you travel by car, hence the choise is forced. The streets are complicate so it is difficult to find a free parking around the hotel, and the staff doesn't (obviously) make much effort to explain or indicate you one. Il parcheggio è caro ma indispensabile se viaggiate in macchina, per cui la scelta è forzata. La viabilità è piuttosto complicata ed è quindi difficile trovare un parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze, e lo staff ovviamente non si sforza di spiegare o indicarne uno.

Location couldn't be better - just round the corner from the beautiful cathedral and within easy walking distance of all the sights.

Pros: We booked room only, so can't comment on the breakfast. The room was lovely, and well-equipped with toiletries etc and the added bonus of a bath, as well as a shower. Location couldn't be better - just round the corner from the beautiful cathedral and within easy walking distance of all the sights.
Cons: The only thing that could have improved the experience would have been tea/coffee-making facilities in the room.

Cons: The restaurant including the bar closed at four in the afternoon. We did not get the early call we booked to enable us to get to the airport on time. The taxi we asked the hotel to book turned out not to be a taxi instead it was a private car. the driver tried to overcharged us. After I protested, he reduced it, still making it far to expensive compared to a taxi. As we were running late we had no choice other than to accept the situation.

Cons: As with many city centre hotels in Spain, the car park is a nightmare with limited space and many obstructions. A public car park is nearby and would have been a better option. Our room on the first floor overlooked the square at the rear of the hotel and it was not possible to obscure the windows to stop being overlooked. The curtains were heavy and almost blacked out the room.

Cons: I didn't like that the aircon would be switched on at 22.00 in the rooms and be on all night. I got sick with a blocked nose, sore throat and tight chest. Aircon should only be on during the day.
