My experience with enterprise car rental was excellent except for one issue enterprise Rent-A-Car in Wesley Rhode Island did not have what I needed so I had to go to Old Saybrook in Connecticut for the vehicle I needed that was the only hiccup other than that everything was perfect

I think I'll avoid electric cars for a while longer. Trying to charge that car prior to its return was a challenge. I don't believe we as a country already to go all electric yet.

Everything was fine but the car smelled of cigarettes. And I had no option to select a preferred car that was available like most car rental agencies do.

Pros:

The rental car was a perfect choice.

Cons:

Dropping off of the vehicle was not what I have experienced with other rentals. The lady at the pick-up and drop off was not the most helpful at all. Could have assisted me in a better way and also when I called the 1-800 number agent could have been a better representative of your company. With out going into this further I probably will select a different company.

Car had a hole in the tire, so I had to drive the whole way on a flat tire. Also, the rental center was closed when I got there. I returned the rental to their 24 hour center instead, and they charged me $200.
