Great hotel Very clean and comfortable room. Great location convienent to all shopping, restaurants and local playhouse theatre The jacuzzi could have been warmer
Great location Pool and hot tub.
Everything was very nice! Aircondition without a termostate, always on.
Great service and excellent staff. Beautiful room overlooking 5th Avenue with a balcony. Great position and highly recommended Everything!
the location was exceptional, lots to see and do. We were able to walk to great restaurants and shopping in the area.
Location for my purposes. The room type air conditioner is very noisy.........needs a muffler on it!
The Valet service No room service before noon or after 9pm The Hotel was very noisy and you could hear everything going on in the halls and next door to the point that it felt unsafe. There was a lot of banging and noise outside my doorway until 2;30 am. My room was on the same floor as the pool.
Excellent location in the centre of downtown and immediate acces to shops and restaurants
The location, room and appearance. No breakfast availability.
Great place to stay in the heart of old Naples! Would highly recommend it to my friends.
A/C Unit seems outdate and the noise level was high, which didn't contribute to a restful sleeping arrangement.
The hotel offers a grand entrance. They had just decorated for Christmas and the poinsiettas and tree were lavish. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were modern. My husband stepped on an exposed tack in the room which was fixed immediately but a thorough check after each stay would have prevented it. The doors to the room slam loudly which, if you have neighbors who loved the nightlife, will wake you several times a night. A buffer would help. Also, the towels need replacing; they're a bit shabby.
Explored Naples and its surrounding area, including Sanibel Island and the Everglades.Excellent position for shopping and restaurants. No
I loved our stay at the Bellasera! My husband and I stayed there with our 1 year old daughter for three days. I was pleasantly surprised to find a full kitchen stocked with dishes and cookware, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and breakfast bar as well as a full dining room for the price of a typical hotel room. Had we stayed for more than a few days, we would have gotten groceries and had family over for dinner. The suites are huge and everything feels new and modern. It is within a short walking distance of 5th Avenue (about 2 blocks) and all of the shops and restaurants located thereon. Nice screened in porch which leads to a courtyard that leads to the pool and bar area. Towels are easily accessible at the pool and there are lots of chairs available. Pool is nice, but shallow (I think the deepest spot is 5 feet), which was fine for my daughter and I. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Naples!!! The only think that I didn't like was that there were some teeny tiny ants on the kitchen counter. We mentioned it to the maid and maintenance came within 15 minutes to deal with it. The service was excellent. And it is South Florida, so some insects are to be expected. I'd rather have ants than no-see-ums! Everything else was wonderful.
The staff were fantastic and were so helpful and friendly.Nothing was too much trouble. Ended up staying two nights instead of the planned one night The rooms were a little dark - especially the living room and dining area due to only one window. With the room being an end unit, there was very little natural light
We got a 2 bedroom suite which had a nice layout. Plus the real plus is the laundry service it has inside its suite. Internet was fast & toiletries were all included except for a toothbrush. You dont give out complimentary water bottles. We would have found it the best especially since there is a fridge & kitchen to use as well.
Hotel was very nice. Pool area was wounderful.
Friendly staff and facilities
Great suite, great location, great place. Late check-in.
Beautiful rooms, kitchen and livingroom for our family, pool, great hotel and very nice, most kind and helpful people working in the hotel and bar. Everything was fine. You have to be 21years old to go to gym in hotel.
Size of 2 bedroom unit. Great housekeeping.Walk to Naples A bit pricey., but worth it
Feels like home away from home. The paper goods need to be better quality. Our breakfast didn't seem to be as good as the hotel and our wait staff needed to be less into herself and how she felt.
Very good quality hotel, suite was excellent equiped, staff was friendly and efficient
walk to everything for a great price. hotel is clean and quiet just how we wanted for relaxing getaway. the staff is okay but hotel is missing someone to help with your bags out your car. I highly recommend this hotel and will continue to stay here.
Good clean rooms Clean and spacious rooms with good helpful staff
Just 2 blocks from Naples' downtown 5th Ave S, the Trianon Hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and entertainment, Tin City, Cove Inn and the beach. We were able to park our car upon arrival and not drive again until we checked out. The hotel is also close to Cambier Park, where we walked thru an art show on the morning we checked out. The area is charming, as is the hotel, tucked quietly away amongst shady trees. The room was laid out nicely, and very clean. We didn't partake of the breakfast items offered, choosing instead to walk to a nearby cafe. We enjoyed our evening dining and listening to music on 5th Ave S, and walked up and down that street, all the way to the beach and back, stopping in at several gift shops and art galleries. On the way back to the hotel, we stopped in at Seventh Avenue Social for late night cocktails, people watching and music. This was almost next door to the hotel. There is a pool at the hotel, open only from 8am to dusk. The enclosure is private with nice landscaping. The staff was polite and professional. The bed was very comfortable. We live in Naples and stayed overnight for a birthday celebration, but would definitely recommend the Trianon to out of town visitors. It would have been nice if the pool was open later into the evening and if there was a hot tub to soak in. Our view happened to be at the back of the hotel, overlooking busy streets and a maintenance area. I imagine rooms on the other side have a lovely view.
Beautiful decor. They did not provide AM coffee in the lobby. This seemed inhospitable to me.
Beautiful location and view. Excellent food and very helpful staff. Great value for money. The room was a little too hot however this was just due to the weather outside
Quite near the shopping avenue, near artificial beach and most southern point Simple rooms, bit noisy.
pool and hot tub, location, view shower (no water pressure), room a bit small
convenient location nothing
location itself and its surroundings
I think that the Bayfront was every bit of what I had expected. It was very nicely decorated and reasonably priced. Staff was very friendly and responsive to special needs. I love children but was also glad that there were not a lot of children running around. In order to go in and out front door had to get just the one elevator which was an issue. Would not have been a problem if I could climb the few stairs which I can't. Otherwise everything was excellent.
Cheerful laundry woman who brought the extra pillows so quickly and so cheerfully. The bed was great also. Would definitly go there again. Room carpet wasnt gross, but was reaching end of life
the proximity to 5th street breakfastworn-out rooms
The location of the hotel was down the street from downtown with shops and restaurants and the beach was a 5 minute drive away The rooms were a little outdated
Loved the place, very cute, and the manager on duty was very sweet. Loved it!
Nice hotel, very clean and employee were very friendly and professioinal. n/a
The room was very clean, excellent walking position to everything that I was interested in, and the staff very helpful and professional. Looking forward to go back We had a noisy couple as neighbors for one night but everything was taking care off very professional by the hotel employees. Thank you!
The hotel location is near beach & 5th Ave. The actual building is older, but the inside room is very updated. Breakfast was not much to speak of. One toaster for all guest. But I am not expecting much in free hotel breakfasts, and usually skip them.
It was in a good location. Pool is heated. Reasonable rates Pool is small and outdated. There is limited parking.
Public spaces, courtyard was beautiful and the overall appearance of the property was above average. The room we stayed in needs an update/refresh to bring it up to date. The room could have been cleaner.
Location was good to Naples and Everglades; desk clerk was friendly; room was clean and quiet. For the price the room was humble - ex: small in size, older furnishings - the type of motel for which we would pay here locally 1/3 of the cost.
This quaint little place is awesome! Stayed for over a week, so close to the beach, downtown, walk to restaurants,Starbucks across the street, clean pool, king bed was soooo comfortable, i had fridge and microwave oven, they have kitchenettes too just perfect for what I needed, owners and staff very nice! Will book here again fist chance I get!!
Centrally located. Reasonable rates and easy in and out. The continental breakfast was good. Did not like the tile floors. They are not safe if the floors are wet from the pool area/shower.
Great location! amazing value for money! I liked the location. Just a few blocks from 5th avenue and all restaurants. Always available space for parking
Staff was friendly Bed was uncomfortable. Room was a bit noisy.
