Cons:
They were 2 hours late for pick up and then told me there was nothing they could do to compensate me because I had prepaid. They eventually offered me a voucher towards a future rental but didn't disclose how much it would be for and I haven't received it yet. Don't book here if you value your time.10.0 Wonderful

The first Hertz agent I talked to was forthright that he was waiting for cars, but didn't have any at the time of pickup.Cons:
Changing the reservation time on the phone was easy - except there were no cars available when I tried to pick up the car! I asked them to call me and was ensured they would but they never did. I came back later that night and there still were no cars.Avis

The spare tire was in the trunk taking up the entire area instead of underneath the car where it should be. Spilled soda in the front cupholder. We ended up cancelling the rental.Sunnycars
