Location was amazing and the room was located next to a lovely courtyard. They also provided a coffee machine in the room.
Room was very small and the water temperature in the shower was lukewarm.
Very small rooms
The people who worked the front desk were exceptional. Very nice and helpful.
The location is practically perfect if you're walking. It's a very easy walk to all parts of the French Quarter, Armstrong Park and St. Louis Cemetery #1. We didn't need much from the staff, but anytime we did, they responded immediately and quickly. The room was nicely furnished, and everything worked properly.
Given the age and the historic nature of the building I'm not sure anything can done about either of these challenges, and they didn't bother us anyway, but: a) Our room was downstairs, next to a main hallway to the lobby. We could hear everything anyone said and did. b) There was zero natural light in our room (no windows). Make sure you set an alarm if you have anything to do the next morning.
Tucked away in a quiet residential section of the famous and historical French Quarter of New Orleans, the Inn on St. Ann is a beautifully restored piece of Crescent City heritage where visitors can unwind between days of exploring all that the Big Easy has to offer.

The Inn’s rooms and suites epitomize the iconic architecture and ambiance that New Orleans’ French Quarter is famous for.
