I am not saying they are the worst but i paid with debit so my deposit plus my rental day fee was taken out and I had the vehicle for 2 days. So our agreement was that they were just going to refund me the remainder of the deposit of $200 and $63 a day( one day but extended to 2) so $120, so I would be getting refunded 135$because it had been taken out already , long story short I spoke with an employee there and said I would be returning the vehicle that day which we agreed on.... not less than an hour later my account had another $192 taken out... yes, $450 for a 2 day rental, also it was on a Friday so it probably won’t clear until money... $330 that I could have paid my mechanic who was fixing my vehicle ... and now he won’t be paid till Monday.... just very irritating and unprofessional, I was told “ I’m so sorry” ... I felt they didn’t care...9.6 Wonderful

I was overcharged and then made to call numerous numbers at numerous times to get it straightened out. In addition, I’m pretty sure the kid at the Smyrna Beach Budget stole or sold my credit card info causing me a huge amount of hassle. I only used the credit card once so, not hard to figute out where the leak was. Basically terrible experience ; not worth the money saved!5.6 Fair

Pros:
The car was not ready and the staff was not kind. She didn't explain why the car is not ready in line with the reservation time and how long I would wait for it. I waited there for 4 hours but finally I didn't get the car. I spent $40 for round trip to get there.Cons:

When I went to pick up my intermediate size car, like a Camry, I was told that it was a full size car and they wanted to put me in smaller car. I paid extra. I was then over charged for 2 drivers since it was free with AAA. Had to exchange car for different halfway thru trip due to engine problemsSunnycars
