It is very well located near Bryant Park & Times Square. Great spacious bathroom, excellent porters and front desk staff!
Tired rooms, my bed-sheets were iron-stained (lacking attention to detail), poor room lighting, dodgy sockets - generally in need of refurbishment.
Wonderful reception, housekeeping, and room service staff! Very friendly, and competent. A special thank you to Sarah at the Concierge desk who was AWESOME! The location is AMAZING... on a gorgeous park, steps away from the subway, and close to some of the world's best restaurants, bars, shows, museums, etc. We loved the Bryant Park Suite which had two bathrooms, wonderful views of the park, and deep soak bath tub. The hotel's coffee (served free downstairs every morning starting at 6am) was delicious! The KOI restaurant was exceptional - wonderful and fast service.
The Ceylon Bar (the hotel's bar) has stuck-up staff and their service is not on par with the quality of this hotel. The bar was so disappointing that we only went the first night and never went back. The waitresses need an attitude-check. We've stayed at the world's best hotels (The Brando in Polynesia, St. Regis Bora Bora, Four Seasons, Mandarin Orientals, Amans, Ritz Carltons, etc. all over the world on every continent, and we have never ever found a hotel bar staff this rude).
Everyone is very friendly and dedicated. Location is great.
The Gym is in very bad shape, old equipment, not very well maintained and dirty. No breakfast. My room was very loud.
Room was modern, spacious and clean
No bar at the hotel
