The room was great. very modern, clean, convinient. great view (worth the extra price). great location near times square but still very quiet. great service, very friendly and attentive staff. many options of food nearby. nice and intimate lobby.
nothing. Wonderful hotel!
Location , comfortable bed.
We landed in the early morning, wanted to do early check in. They asked for 300 usd. I would suggest not to offer it at all
Excellent location, friendly and competent staff, excellent breakfast with a 10star ham. Good toiletries in the bathroom. Good and big beds (kingsize). Whe will return to try the Ortzi restaurant...
We loved everything. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Bricey at the bar was lovely! Free sangria at happy hour, rooms and beds, unexpected amenities such as a white noise machine, top quality hair dryer, magnifying mirror. The shower was nice and room was ample size for 4. Restaurant looked amazing although we didn't eat there. Hotel well located on a quietish street near Times Square and Bryant Park. We didn't have a view, but it didn't matter as we were hardly in our room.
Can't say that there is was anything we didn't like. All was top notch.
Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were fantastic. Service fantastic. We will definitely stay there again. Ortzi restaurant superb.
That we couldnt stay there longer!
