No wonder it is being sold and torn down in 2 mont
Everything. Rats, bed bugs and mold!
Mold growing everywhere in the room, which was very shabby. Location was in time square, but paid too much for this place. Do not stay at hotel carter!
I like that it was only a 2 min walk to Time Square and Port Authority. The evening staff was friendly.
Well, we were on the 8th floor with an infant and luggage with only 3 working elevators that could only fit 8 people in, took about 45 minutes of waiting just to leave in the morning. We ordered a wake up call because they charge if you are late checking out, they never called us to wake us up and when I said something all we got was "sorry". Did not like that we spent that much money for internet not to be free. The room that we were in smelled like mold, overall the room was clean except under the beds were messy and filthy. The morning staff was to in a hurry to help with anything that we needed.
