Location and the staff make it’s a great place to stay
Location is pretty central and convenient
No comfort. The facilities were not good, the bed and sheet were not clean enough. Sound insulation was terrible, my room was right above the street and I kept being woken up by the noises outside at midnight and before dawn. That was so disturbing, don't expect any sleep quality if you gonna stay here.
A little pricey for what it is. I would recommend if you only staying for a night or two. Overall good service and bed was comfortable.
Staff was nice! It was close to MSG and we were there one night to go to the game. So walking distance was short.
Well...the rooms were very small, the beds were hard as a rock! Like sleeping on plywood. There were only 2 plugs in the room and the A/C unit was plugged into one and the outlet was coming out of the wall. The bathroom was very old, but it was clean. The shower was dripping and leaking on the floor and there was a dirty looking towel just laying there to stop it from going all over the floor and that did not help. Breakfast offered was bagels and muffins and OJ, not much there to eat. There is no elevator and only street parking, which was ok but metered only 2 hours at a time so had to keep paying for parking every 2 hours.
